Woman Makes Her Day 100 Times Worse after Getting Fired from Culver's

- On January 19, 2024 in Florida, deputies responded to a call about a recently fired employee that had gotten verbally aggressive with the restaurant's manager. When deputies arrived, they found the woman sitting outside at a table near the front doors. This is police footage of the events that followed.

Employer cuts 20% of her pay, employee raises hell, employee gets fired, employer calls police on employee for raising hell, cops come and deal with angry employee, now employee has no income, instead of 20% less than what the employer offered to begin with. Yeah if your boss told you they were cutting 20% of your income, you would probably be pissed too, especially when you already arent making a lot. @@CoopyKatagreed! I was once a manager of ancillary staff in a large (26 dentists!) dental clinic and I did the hiring of all the assistants, office staff and hygienists. After 10 years in that position I can honestly say I only fired 3 employees and that was out of the more than 150 personnel that worked there at some point during that time. I wanted them well-spoken with a clean and professional image (no visible tats whatsoever, no piercings other than the ear lobes, no unnatural hair coloring, etc.). Sometimes I’d put the applicant through 2-3 interviews to really get a good grasp on who they were and if they’d be a good fit. I don’t know why more employers don’t put more time and effort into their hiring practices.

@@Alex-sr3ez A few reasons. For starters, because hiring managers are in the habit of emphasizing "diversity" over professional image and demeanor. They're told by corporate to interpret this kind of combative behavior as an element of culture. And when you're hiring for awful work at awful pay, the pool of applicants is proportionally awful. Very low IQ applicants with mental health / behavioral problems is the norm for unskilled, minimum wage work. If you don't get fill those positions with warm bodies, then they'll just replace you, the hiring manager, with someone who will. Corporate simply does not care as long as the location is turning a profit.

When I got fired, I was ready to get as far away from that place as possible. I, certainly, didn’t stay on the property and curse at everyone! She should have gone away from this business and called the Uber. She did not improve her day by getting arrested!

Depending on the area (especially in major cities) it could be anywhere up to an hour before a driver accepts the ride and makes it to the pick up location.

Have you seen that one where the bigger lady, I’m only mentioning that because she was complaining about the lack of space and the seatbelt choking her, in a relatively small car. I think the extra time given allows for her to sink it in deeper for a maximized sentencing from the judge. Imo if I was a judge.

Remember, when dealing with police, is important to be loud and aggressive. Try to use phrases like "you ain't know me", "show me what law I'm breakin'", and "you can't arrest me, thats against the law" as much as possible, and repeat those phrases at least three to five times so the officer understands
i dont see why ppl argue with cops just leave, dont argue with the guy with the gun and restraining gadgets on his belt
