And second, not all women are the same, be better version for yourself, just don't pretend to be someone else because you will attract wrong people in general. I watch your content because of the self improvement tips and how to better hold conversations, but I'm 33 (I pretty much wasted my entire 20's) and I had all the time screwing I really needed. I'll be honest, I don't really watch the "how to bang every chick you encounter" videos, but that doesn't mean I don't learn something from your content. Even having a girlfriend isn't really conducive to my goals right now, which is why I broke it off with the last girl I had on call. Realistically, if a guy is family-oriented, he only has to keep playing the lotto until he really wins it once. Most guys need help with even approaching a woman, and I'll admit I'm pretty terrible at it even though I've had some successes over the years. So I take the advice you give about how to get a girl's engagement.
Recently there seems to be a lot of contention in the self-improvement space between guys that want a wife and guys that want to bang a lot of girls. If you read this, Denmo, don't let it get to you that not everyone is onboard with whatever message it is you got for whatever specific video you make, because it's usually just a really loud 5% of people that feel they have to voice every disagreement they have with everything. There's many of us out there that appreciate your content even if it doesn't always 100% align with our current goals.

@@pd5041 alcoholism, hard drug abuse leading to psychosis (don't do meth, kids. ever. seriously.), homelessness, aimlessness. Spent a lot of my time trying to enjoy the "hippy" lifestyle because I grew up in California but I found that deep down I have way more ambitions than that. I'm happy enough with sleeping on the sidewalk, but that doesn't mean I can't achieve something greater than that, and eventually I grew tired of working but not changing the world in any tangible way. The strange thing was I was working pretty hard during those years, even when I was homeless, I just had no clear path to achievement because I resisted any kind of self-constraints or self-control. I was the guy who would sleep in his car, show up to work drunk, do a fuckin amazing job, but ultimately have nothing to show for it because all the money I made was wasted on booze and the employer would get tired of me smelling like alcohol and lay me off eventually.
I learned a lot from those years, but at the same time, it's all stuff I would probably have learned if I did the right thing from the start.
If you want to screw up your life, allow yourself to indulge to your heart's content. It becomes an addiction to satisfy those urges, like drugs and alcohol or partying (did a lot of partying too), and it never feels like enough. There's always one more drink you can drink or one more party to go to, but there's also always more work to be done if you've set yourself to doing something truly scalable.
It took years of bullshit and mindless indulgence but I eventually developed this sense of when I've hit a point of diminishing returns on any of the lame shit like video games and other ways of entertaining oneself. It's rare to hear it, but I literally can't stand it often to play video games more than an hour at a time now because I get this feeling that my Fun Meter is above 90% already or even just above 50%, and so it'd probably be a waste of time to continue consuming that media and I should just switch to something more productive or at least something more educational like a Huberman podcast or a video on marketing or market trading. If anything I've found that the less time I put into things like video games, the more I enjoy them when I do. I'll be playing some League with a literal smile on my face, and after two matches I'm basically spent and content and I get this urge to do something more productive.
If you don't have that sense of "I should be doing something more productive" yet, find some way to force yourself to put the drink down or close the game. Consider completely quitting for at least a while. Quitting video games for a few months at a time put me at this point now where I feel that it really fills the need that recreation was meant for in the first place, being a way to clear your head of the work topic and allow the subconscious to chew on the data in the background while you do something fun.
And it goes without saying to keep exercising, even if it's just for your mental health. 15 minutes of cardio a day is better than none, and it puts you in a good spot mentally. That's about all I have to say about that portion of my life and what I learned from it.

This is an advice to not only having interactions with women, but could basically improve your social life in general as well; to give good vibes, to smile more, to be chill. Though, I disagree with the mindset of having to always entertain everyone so girls will like you, as you stated, "that requires effort, why would she want to put effort?" I've been acting real reserved and like the stoic brickwall, you said. How can I fix this Denmo? I do not dispute denmos genius. My experience says slightly different though...its like the more level headed i stay the warmer the girl gets and the harder she tries. So I'm not here to flex. If anything the body count makes me unsure of myself. But I'm somewhere in the 40 - 60 range? Possibly more? I've drank alot and most of those years are a blur (2015 - 2021) I stopped drinking this year but those were the heaviest. But from my experience, women just want somebody real. I'm a goofy bastard but I'm upfront and 100% me. I've never had to put on a show. I realized when anxiety and depression hit a few years ago that I don't get girls anymore because I'm not "me" anymore. Why? Because I got sucked into a shit mindset. I started drinking and spending my money to "get away" from my problem. The problem was that I didn't have any goals or a future. These days, I'm making steps to get somewhere. I'm not sure where yet, but atleast I'm making steps. And what women want is a guy who knows where he's goin. You don't gotta be on track to me a millionaire. But just be on track for yourself and what you want. Do something, get somewhere. Don't overindulge in your addictions (distractions). Do something worth while and you'll find your confidence.
