Trauma is not as much what happened to you as much as it is the story, the unmetabolized energy STUCK in your body!!! True transformation only takes place when you begin to learn about you and by uniting your MIND and your BODY together! In this membership we have a different theme each month and we meet LIVE weekly on zoom and work through the pieces of the healing journey together as a community.
Affordable LIVE Support: Video courses are great, but they can never replace the valuable feedback you can receive by working with a live coach, together with other thrivers!
Most coaches (myself included) charge an average of $125/hour for one on one assistance. In this economy that is very challenging! This membership offers between 9 - 12 LIVE meetings per month offering Group Support, Group Coaching, EFT Sessions, and Breathwork Sessions. Combining Cognitive Learning together with Somatic Modalities with Live Support. The value of this would be between $1,125 - $1,500. Yet you get ALL of this for just $79/month!
You do not have to heal alone nor does it have to break the bank!

Past relationship trauma memories came back Tommy wife of 15 years 3 years ago. We have been together 18. She is finally in therapy to heal from her past trauma. The past trauma feels like it’s taking place in real time so my wife asked me for space and we are not separated but taking a break for her to heal and I have no problem letting her heal enough for her to feel safe w/.me again. Other than love her and listen to her and read watch TH-cam and podcast to learn all I can and be patient, is there anything I can do to help my spouse learn to feel safe again with me? Ty

The best thing you can do now IMHO is work on being good yourself--go on your own healing journey (we all have unprocessed pain) and just let your wife know you are hear for her and willing to see her therapist, go to couple's therapy, etc. and be patient. If you spend the time working on yourself and also doing the things you are doing you will be good if you guys work out and good if you don't.

"help my spouse learn to feel safe again with me"
      really bad idea -
this leads to borderline issue and codependency.
What would happen if you are not around - she needs to get this safe mentality within herself - knowing that no matter what happens in the future - that it is not her fault and it is not proof of her character being bad.
