Sentosa is not for everyone with all these concerns. I love it here and don’t think I can go back to mainland after living here. Given the pricing and conservancy fees, it is still an exclusive lifestyle.

Delivery fees for deliveryimg anything your ordered to sentosa is always higher. Thus maintenance companies and suppliers also charge higher for delivery and transportation to sentosa.

Siong. Now CDL is in trouble if this video circulates all over SG and to international potential buyers. It is a fatal verdict. But never mind there will be certain buyers. For example the Burma coup general Min Aung Hlaing will have to escape after losing the whole country to rebels and run to SG. Min Aung Hlaing will hide in Sentosa Cove. All the well to do ex-criminals from other countries will be there. Not a good neighborhood to be in.

also because its a hotel residence, so get hotel like service
SDC maintenance fee is less than $50 per month. Goes lower if you have a 2 or 3 bedder.
Buy a condo around Marine Parade area better...at least can go East Coast Park to fish...not too near the sea so Mrs Loo won't be too upset lol....win-win situation
