Mr.Loo, Praise the Lord, nothing bad happened to you or you're family. We live in a dangerous world these days. I just want to share something with you in Malaysia. Today, l went to the Cinemas to watch a movie (Furiosa, lastest Hollywood movie priced at 15(SGD4) in a shopping mall in N. Sembilan. I went instead of going to the starbucks for a cup of coffee priced around RM17(5SGD) per cup, l went to the Hypermarket Section in the mall and brought Premium Coffee a canned drink for RM1.70(O.50 cents) . This canned drink is also from a well know international brand. So, I save save alot much of money today and can invest this in the stock market.
Which part of Italy were you in when bitten? How do the Italians cope with this problem since they are exposed to these mosquitoes 24/7/365? Has Italian Govt done anything to deal with the problem? Internet says this mosquito can transmit viruses such as dengue, chikungunya and Zika. Internet says this mosquito species is from tropical forests of South East Asia, somehow spread to Europe.
Maybe it is the body immune system reaction to different kind of mosquito in Europe. We asians immune system have not met such mosquitos for long time.
Glad it was not fatal and you are recovering well. You got bitten in which part of Italy? And why you tell pple not to go Europe? U know Europe is big and Italy is only a small part of it? And why u keep going to Europe while telling pple not to go???
