Hello and thank you for the video one thing i want to ask is how did you torque the primary drive gear nut at 110 n/m since for example my torque wrench only works for tightening and does not do the job.
1-they look pretty much the same size when you put them side to side, 2 whats the part number for the d.i.d if we want to buy that very same chain brand ? 3 i was hoping to hear the motorcycle at the end of the video
Could you theoretically coil some soft rope into the combustion chamber through the spark plug hole so the piston tops out against a (soft) surface and stops the crank movement?
Your angles , lighting and clarity are great . One doesn't get distracted by shaky blurry image quality .
Thanks a ton for the great instructional video. This is a huge help in understanding the process
this in the best video for bike i ever seen, congratulations!
Hi, I didn't understand why you have to remove the ignition cover.
I guess to hold the camshaft in place.

How can hearing the bike help 😅🤣
Great video. Can you tell the tools you used also spare parts I need?
Why did u open the flywheel side of the engine?
resist to crankshaft bolt
@@olajfa11 But can you just use the little opening that you use to turn the crank instead of removing the whole flywheel case cover?
@@Eric-lf6yx Unfortunately not, you not reach the crankshaft bolt
Thank you very helpful video
Helpful video but would have been alot easier if different things were explained.
The end 😂😂 good video
Would a loose cam chain cause a knocking noise on deceleration?
More of a rattle but yes.
How did you get the gears to stop moving on the reverse thread bolt? They just keep spinning??
Could you theoretically coil some soft rope into the combustion chamber through the spark plug hole so the piston tops out against a (soft) surface and stops the crank movement?
try a penny. Soft metal that wont damage the gears but hard enough to prevent turning.
How tight is the clutch sleeve bolt?
Whats the point of removing the stator cover?
Motor should be at top dead center
@@Pacman1k you don't need to take that off to be top dead center that's what the little cap is for
@@evandavidson1651 maybe his cap is stuck mines is so i have to remove my stator cover
@@Pacman1k womp womp that sucks
Ciao, how many km you must to chance that chain? Tanks!!!!
I dont know. Check the
timing chain tensioner. Loose chain have sound.
Haha great ending
Didn’t bother to change the guides?
thought the same, absolutely necessary in my opinion because they also wear out, especally where the tensionier pushes..
Drz400sm best pawer ok nam 1 timing no pawer
