@@liambarron9772 James was well aware of Victoria's skill. He worked with her on The Chase, and she's known as one of the top quizzers in the world. Combined with the fact that Yogesh is also a top tier quizzer, and you had some of the best Jeopardy minds ever in those finals. I think it was less James being underprepared, and more Victoria just being that good.

It sucked to see him place third this year’s Masters, but I will say James will always be a legend in my definition
at least he got in the finals again -- he'll be invited to masters for a long time so we can keep watching him play.
