A lot of marksmens don't know this, but yes, when your team is failing, focus on farming. Clear lanes, etc. Marksmens are weak early game and despite your team's fingers pointing at you, you can't do much to help them other than risking a chance feeding. Take the chance, while both teams are occupied with teamfights, to farm, but be smart about it in case of ambush. You don't want to overextend and end up dying. This is how as a marksman main, you carry comebacks :)
Due to Lesley's new passive, I suggest to build Blade of Heptaseas (instead of Malefic Roar) to make this passive increase her crit DMG in exchange of its PEN (which is new compare to before).
a tip for using lesley's ulti: if you want to get a vision just hold her ult don't spam it, it would give vision for a longer time and if you cancel the ult the cooldown is shorter

I feel like Lesley is better with assassin build these days. Less attack speed items and more cooldown + penetrate that gets converted to crit damage. It makes sense to maximize cooldown so you can use skill 1 more and trigger the +50% crit rate and conversion to true damage. Attack speed seems unnecessary when you can kill non-tanks with like 2 hits.
S25 I've been playing since S4, the community getting good at this game especially the mechanic of the hero... One problem is , they tend to be confused about what to do in each particular situation (objective). especially when winning/owning the game, the stupidest thing that becomes a habit is to stand/poking in front of the inner turret until the enemy gets the equivalent gold and the enemy gets an epic comeback. Moreover, this game is getting easier for epic comeback.. lol Now it's easy to owning the game (early-mid), especially if we win the draft. but all of that is useless when we already at the lategame, the objective and decision will determine who will win the game.
hey beto! Lesley's basic attack is kinda nerfed now but her first skill is improved by a lot. I wanna see you use heptaseas on her coz I think it'll hit the enemies harder
Lesley is a total nightmares if she's farmed well. I remember one game we're losing hard in early to mid. But mostly they kill exp laner and sometime jungler. They barely gank the gold lane, despite I completely destroyed their marksman. In the end, we won and I got my whole team thumbs up :)
A little tip for your emblem setup as a former Lesley main: If you are going for full damage build such as high physical attack and high critical damage, go for electric flash instead of weapon master. Because electric flash gives you extra mobility and extra lifesteal for 10 seconds. Unlike on weapon master, you cannot predict that your enemy will try to shut you down and delay your farming your core items. 15:49 Tigreal should've built Guardian Helmet so he won't die easily in teamfights

Lemme share this lesley ult trick to all of you guys. Long press her ult and don't choose a target until it runs out of its duration or you can also cancel it, this way you won't waste any bullet (the ult's cooldown will be reduced for every unused bullets). Btw if you long press the ult and don't choose a target...I think the duration is like 6 - 8 seconds and it's like you have 6 - 8 seconds to see the enemies.
I'm terrible at playing the mm role. I hate it when I have no choice but to pick it coz no one in my team does. But lately I've found success when choosing Lesley. Seems like (so far) she's the only mm hero I can play and have good results with.
I've experienced this myself, my team literally feeding like crazy early to mid but I kept on farming and pushing, after first turret was down, I joined my team and started dominating
I always get flamed for saving our towers. Most players, especially high rank, don't understand that this game is about towers and pressuring lanes, not just hero kills
I use blade of heptases on lesley because she can convert those fixed penetration to a critical dmg so with berseker fury and the emblem set up I can minigate the lesser critical dmg she has (this can also work with hunter strike but I think blade of the hesptases is better)

For me Wind Talker is not suitable build lesley after this revamp. You should try him build one shot which is Beserker Fury, Endless, Blade of Heptaseas, Blade of Despair, Rapid Boot or Cooldown boot, Last item is your choice which is defense item or whatever.
I think Windtalker's movement speed bonus is good early game since she'll be ganked more often, maybe you can replace it with Hunter Strike in late game.
I think it’s still pretty good because you can delete boots to get another wind talker. Build should be berserkers fury, windtalker, endless battle, two blade of despairs (only one if I’m not fed enough) and then delete boots for another windtalker. I gotta agree with beto here since I think people are forgetting the roles of the heroes and the gameplay their heads is only filled with bloodlust to kill enemies and forget objectives. Sorry I could relate to beto abit from my experience as a jg it was kinda hard from early game since our roamer isnt a tank but was estes and our exp laner kept on losing. The fact that my decision was to farm instead of just going in which was suicide since they were ahead was being rediculed by our exp since I usually rotate to the gold lane since they will be the main dmg dealer late game as akai jg has barely any dmg to deal so i had to play safe. Glad we won that game it was thrilling tbh. Beto's decisions are actually kinda helping me progress in the game better.
The saddest thing about this update is that, we can't use lifesteal items like haas claw since now she deals true damage and haas claw only heals physical damage done.... P.s Wind chant no longer counters Lesley 😶 Best item to use in Lesley is Windtalker (extra crit=more chances to deal true damage... And the attack speed too) Best Emblem to use now will possibly Assassin emblem (high and dry/killing spree, either of them works good imo)
With my Lesley lategame build (magic shoes, berserkers fury, blade of the heptaseas, hunter strike, endless Battle and blade of despair) i deal around 2110 true dmg with skill 1 + 544 true dmg from endless battle + 200-522 physical dmg from blade of the heptaseas. I choose items to get most critical dmg and cdr (40% with blue buff). Means skill 1 has a CD of 1.2 seconds. If target under 50% HP the true dmg from skill 1 is 2742. Since most squishy heroes have only around 4500hp you will two shot them. You could go with 4 blade of despair to incemrease the dmg up to 2619 but it will cost too much money and you loose all the good side effects of the other items... And the burst dmg will not be that much bigger for the price xD

Hororo's build: Berserker's, boots, Blade of 7seas, Endless, BOD and Malefic Roar with Marksman emblem 1.1.1 is the true definition of hit-and-run. cuz it's able to deal 2k+ critical true damage almost every "1st skill+Basic Atk" Plus, Lesley's passive is "fixed Penetration", Malefic gives %Penetration. so her atks still deals penetration
Moonton nerfed Lesley indirectly through emblem changes & directly after update.... That's not necessary I mean any farmed mm can b scary Granger 1st skill can finish u off Clint first+ passive+ult Etc...
i found pro tip to lesley mains .instead build full crit build only berserker fury(she have 50% crit chance from passive) and fir first item it should be blade of 7seas,next will be berserker fury and endless battle and blade of despair .at end u can buy immortality or windchanter for def vs strong psychical like saber. at laning phase lesley not need too much crit . she can harras enemy with 1st skill and passive
To those who want to maximize Lesley's damage, you're gonna wanna build: Windtalker+Berserker+Endless+3 Blades of Despair in that order. Windtalker's +20 move speed removes the need for boots and this build allows you to 2-shot the enemy marksmen
When you are fighting against Lesley, make sure you pick a marksman that can bully her early to mid and enjoy it while it last as she will come for your ass in late game. She’s a late game monster as there is no real counter towards true damage what you can do is pick a long range burst damage mage like Pharsa, Yve, Kagura etc.
Thats why im using marksman now... Even how good assasin or mage you are, its only in early game, if your team is bad there's a chance for enemy to comeback. Heard to carry game in solo rank. This season I only use miya and cyclops to rank up. Miya always have a good chance to comeback at late if your team is bad.
apparently, there is a bug that make us players stuck before the game start. Sometimes it happens before ban section, sometimes happens when the game is going to start. your screen will going to dark, and your phone will forced to re-login the game. That's why some player going AFK when game start(also someplayer don't do the ban)
sadly most people dont understand that dying early game is alright. but not farming is not alright. :( farm first, farm buff minion, avoid getting killed n kill only when u r confident but not when u r desperate.
No longer wind talker as first item. Berserker 's fury or hepta sea is the items that should build first. But I recommend BF first because in new revamp, she needs more crit dmg. My best build all time, BF, hepta sea, endless battle, scarlet and blade of despair. Malefic roar and hunter's strike is based on situation. HS give more Ms and malefic roar deal more dmg to tower. Lesley is a one shot poker. So, she doesn't need attack spd not very much
make sure your roamer will cover you in the first 5 minutes, and keep farming till you have min 2 items( mine is berseker and BOD) and then you can join the team fight, my build is (berseker, BOD, Hepta, endless) this build might slow your atk speed, but guaranteed to get min 2K true damage, with only 2 enhanced basic atk will melt the enemy jungler/mid/goldlaner for sure
While this is a good video, his gameplay is by no means perfect. For example, at the start even though he knew he wouldn’t make a difference by helping his team at the purple buff, he still went to try, resulting in popol getting free farm at top. While he is a good player, we can learn from his mistakes too! :)

With my Lesley lategame build (magic shoes, berserkers fury, blade of the heptaseas, hunter strike, endless Battle and blade of despair) i deal around 2110 true dmg with skill 1 + 544 true dmg from endless battle + 200-522 physical dmg from blade of the heptaseas.
I choose items to get most critical dmg and cdr (40% with blue buff). Means skill 1 has a CD of 1.2 seconds. If target under 50% HP the true dmg from skill 1 is 2742.
Since most squishy heroes have only around 4500hp you will two shot them.
You could go with 4 blade of despair to incemrease the dmg up to 2619 but it will cost too much money and you loose all the good side effects of the other items... And the burst dmg will not be that much bigger for the price xD

I wouldn't recommend malefic roar cause you're already dealing true damage
it just helps cuz Lesley's base crit is lowered

Berserker's, boots, Blade of 7seas, Endless, BOD and Malefic Roar with Marksman emblem 1.1.1
is the true definition of hit-and-run. cuz it's able to deal 2k+ critical true damage almost every "1st skill+Basic Atk"
Plus, Lesley's passive is "fixed Penetration", Malefic gives %Penetration. so her atks still deals penetration

i found pro tip to lesley mains .instead build full crit build only berserker fury(she have 50% crit chance from passive) and fir first item it should be blade of 7seas,next will be berserker fury and endless battle and blade of despair .at end u can buy immortality or windchanter for def vs strong psychical like saber. at laning phase lesley not need too much crit . she can harras enemy with 1st skill and passive
To those who want to maximize Lesley's damage, you're gonna wanna build:
Windtalker+Berserker+Endless+3 Blades of Despair
in that order. Windtalker's +20 move speed removes the need for boots and this build allows you to 2-shot the enemy marksmen
I don't think 3 of the same item is very useful unless you really want that one stat
@@catfacecat. maximizing damage per crit is what lesley needs, 3 BoD lets her hit that 2-shot breakpoint easier, tested it in a custom match

When you are fighting against Lesley, make sure you pick a marksman that can bully her early to mid and enjoy it while it last as she will come for your ass in late game. She’s a late game monster as there is no real counter towards true damage what you can do is pick a long range burst damage mage like Pharsa, Yve, Kagura etc.

Thats why im using marksman now... Even how good assasin or mage you are, its only in early game, if your team is bad there's a chance for enemy to comeback. Heard to carry game in solo rank. This season I only use miya and cyclops to rank up. Miya always have a good chance to comeback at late if your team is bad.
apparently, there is a bug that make us players stuck before the game start. Sometimes it happens before ban section, sometimes happens when the game is going to start. your screen will going to dark, and your phone will forced to re-login the game. That's why some player going AFK when game start(also someplayer don't do the ban)

sadly most people dont understand that dying early game is alright. but not farming is not alright. :( farm first, farm buff minion, avoid getting killed n kill only when u r confident but not when u r desperate.
No longer wind talker as first item. Berserker 's fury or hepta sea is the items that should build first. But I recommend BF first because in new revamp, she needs more crit dmg.
My best build all time, BF, hepta sea, endless battle, scarlet and blade of despair. Malefic roar and hunter's strike is based on situation. HS give more Ms and malefic roar deal more dmg to tower.
Lesley is a one shot poker. So, she doesn't need attack spd not very much

make sure your roamer will cover you in the first 5 minutes, and keep farming till you have min 2 items( mine is berseker and BOD) and then you can join the team fight, my build is (berseker, BOD, Hepta, endless) this build might slow your atk speed, but guaranteed to get min 2K true damage, with only 2 enhanced basic atk will melt the enemy jungler/mid/goldlaner for sure

While this is a good video, his gameplay is by no means perfect. For example, at the start even though he knew he wouldn’t make a difference by helping his team at the purple buff, he still went to try, resulting in popol getting free farm at top. While he is a good player, we can learn from his mistakes too! :)
Always target the gold lane. After you get all the gold from that outer turret and destroy, you can switch lane afterwards. ❤

Any comment on my build for Lesley? I try to not build boots these days especially for MM that has high mobility like lesley for full aggro.
Core items: Wind talker > Berserker fury > Scarlet phantom > Blade of despair
Lifesteal/situational (At least one): Endless battle / Demon hunter
Situational: Sea halberd / Malefic roar / Wind of nature
Lesley's passive starts to hurt a lot after getting 2 critical items... Got Savage+undead in 1 match... absolutely Hit & Run... :) :P
