Cyclops being one of betosky's favorite heroes who can be really scary if played right, it must've pained him so much to see how bad that player was handling Cyclops.
And his build is not efficient. Genius wand isn't for cyclops, because he needs the book first. Just buy divine glaive, gives more damage when enemy have athena(badang, sun, johnson had them). And calamity reaper? better get defense or survival items to survive and deal more damage than dying early.
Seems like something a grandmaster player would build with those items.... My core items with cyc are always CD boots, book, ice queen wand and glowing wand
As much as I love Cecilion for how strong it is when you get to late game, it's traumatizing if your team feeds faster than your farm, the game can last like 8 minutes and you trying to get fed and stalling just draws out the pain. Day 14 for Gloo roam
I know the feeling. Just 3 days ago, I had a really hard game with Ceci. I had 2 feeders on my team. It was tough as heck. But we still somehow managed till late game. And even then we won by a hair. They started prioritizing me since mid after I got 3 kills. The struggle was worth it though. Got the winning mvp
The problem with carrying with mages is that it's hard to push towers yourself. I remember countless games when I eliminated enemies and was calling my teammates to help me push but they end up killing creeps instead. That's why I try to play marksmen as much as possible in solo q. Because I can be able to win the game on my own after 10 minutes. I can solo lord and towers when I see a good chance.
I used to think this way, but, if we can pay a lot of attention to the map, we can push with mages, at least poking the towers. I play Yve and I did that, usually I make sure that the enemies are pretty far away from me. But, yeah, it's not for all scenario, but at least it helps. Good luck on playing solo!

try chang'e or kimmy they're decent at destroying towers but for me chang'e is hard to use because you need to have good aim and prediction kimmy is fun to use tho she deals high damage and can run while attacking

im being honest here, due to always watching his videos, i reached MG with only 200 matches solo. not his gameplay but his advice that really make sense and that " always be calmed every intense situation" helps a lot

true, today I was playing nana and amon was played by someone else but here comes two f MM players stealing his jungle, thank God tank was good so Amon, Nana(me) and the tank carried the game, I even asked why the hell would you steal a hyper's jungler and still those 2 MM players didn't listen.

As a mid laner (My mains are Lunox, Kagura, cecilion, harith)this tend to happened to me so many times. My MVP loss is Greater than my MVP win. It’s frustrating to be a solo Q player.
I've generally had a great time with most mages especially kagura and lylia but when I started playing cecilion it just felt so underwhelming, massive change in platstyle from early to late game + the patience + mana management. After almost 40 games I was at a 45% wr with cecilion but next game I tried sprint instead of flicker and damn that was one of the longest and craziest game with cecilion, he can literally one shot fighters after 700 stacks. As an mm you cant even show yourself in the team fight before ceci is dead cause you're instantly one shot, "King of Comebacks" more like **Late Game Auto-Win**.

Agreed, peoples just seems to forget that he exists after his nerf, even though he dominates last season and the nerf isn't even that big (1st skill's base dmg reduce). Personally, he's good against the popular heroes (Martis, Lesley, Leomord) as long as you play him normally, which is STAY SAFE AND PATIENT (as Beto said)

Unless you play like a moron by fighting in the frontline or really close to your frontline, they can never reach you (well, Leomord still can if he ignores the rest of your team, which in the end, if you're in the backline, still makes him out of position). If you're fighting vs them, ALWAYS ccheck the minimap and never overextend in the early game so they don't snowball. If you've got taken by surprise by them, it's just either you're on a bad position or you don't see them coming, which just means that you're map awareness is bad.

But as a note though, Cecil's poke is AOE while Lesley's is single target, so in a big teamfight, she's still susceptible to Cecil's "wild-aimed 1st skill", so just keep that in mind. The Athena also plays a big role for neutering his dmg since many (or ALMOST every) Cecillion i met NEVER build Divine Glaive (Mag %PEN), like why ?, he's like one of the mages that the enemies will just insta-buy magres as a response (the other being Pharsa, but her player always build it). Lol it's pretty much gg..you really can't do anything. It's so frustrating when the lineup is so good it's only missing a tank, so you went against everything in your being and played tank for the team only to find out you have 3 roamers and 7 junglers as your teammates. Nobody playing objective and the whole time your wondering if Atlas can be played as a MM. Oh the torture of playing tanks in lower rankings. I really don't understand how people get to Legends and not know the roles in the game. Oh well enough of my rantings. I hope everybody has a very happy holidays and not let a game put you in a bad mood.

I don't know how anyone can just play 1 character I have over half the characters in game and play many of them I have multiple characters I play for each class I try to stay positive when I'm with crappy team mates as I have solo since I started playing I don't think I'm a bad player but still got lots to learn

Cecilion should only concentrate on getting his stacks early game... Late game is where he shines... Can pretty much one shot squishies if I get 400 stacks even without much damage items
This is why I use AOE skill mages now instead of single targets. I hate when you need to carry your whole teammates and they even blame you for doing their job that you supposed not to do so. You're just a mage, but you end up being a marksman, tank, support and assassin. Being in a solo queue is really hard.
Beto u can check bush with CC.Just look at your stacks and when it increases you can tell your teammates or throw your skills at it.The disadvantage sometimes when you get too close you ll die right away plus you cant actualy know how many are in that bush
Number 1 rule of solo play: don't expect anything out of your teammates, just be grateful if they're not a feeder or troll. Always works, no disappointment if you don't expect anything. A lot of happiness if they're good
beto if possible fight other youtube streamers(maybe a friendly custom battle) and post a video it will be lots of fun to watch as we can learn a lot when 2 bpp clashes. plssss
I came playing from fps games where comms and info were a really big factor in decision making and plays so it boggled my mind how when I came back playing mobile legends my teammates would dive when “initiate retreat” is pinged. This is why I prefer playing with friends though sometimes you get a synergy with randoms sometimes when you’re lucky in solo q.
Isn't that satisfying? With enough stacks, cecilion can one shot a squishy or will divide the enemy's hp into half. Love picking him when I want to carry the game but as a mage. Also, will always support you Beto Sensei!~😌
My god this was good. I’ve been struggling lately. My main is cyclops and I do my best to help jungler secure kills and gank. My teammates always run like headless chickens 💀 how do they even make it up there in rank..
to everyone: I really didn't know so many people don't soloQ. Cuz that is all I do, except when my friends r online(and I only have like 3 or smt) and does matches only take y'all 10 mins? Cuz it takes 15-20 mins, like am I that unlucky. Tip: Try get 5 mains or five hero's u're comfortable to play with that can go all 5 roles. Then ur chance of getting a perfect team is higher. e. g. (mine) Rafeala, Irithel, Kagura, Ruby and Karina. And try get at least one of them to be multi-role so u have an 'extra'. And be as nice as possible even if u cringe. And be loose about the game and say sorry if u think someone's death was ur fault(Like if u helped them they would've lived) (this is not blaming urself) It's going to be a better experience and you will have more fun. If ur out numbered in a team fight retreat no matter what or when some of ur team mate is in a team fight, like 2 v 4 or 1 v 3(except if u're roamer just keep telling them to retreat) if they ask u why u didn't help, just tell them "2/1 is better than 3/2 deaths"
I can't lie, there are days where no matter how positive or calm you try to be you still can't get your shit together when your teammates are just too much... Yesterday I encountered such situations twice in solo ranked games, I was playing Khufra on both the games, the first one was unfortunate, I've tried my best and we still lose, 3 of my team members got bronze, 1 silver and I as a tank was the MVP with a KDA of 2 4 32 In the 2nd game, I got frustrated and couldn't get my head straight I thought to myself this is the same thing again, so I become toxic and lose hope, couldn't play good, thankfully one of my team member who's playing cecilion was actually playing good, he somehow manage to lift me up and urn the game around and carry us all, he carried me as well. It's very rare but it's always good to see such players So I'm thankful for that person and we won the game

Cyclops is a type of teammate i get in every game..they come in twos and threes..and they couldn' t care less to win, in fact, i think they are trying to lose rather..i subscribed again after 1 year..i play in Europe..i really think we have the most toxic , the most "smart" and the most troll players in the world..it should truly be called Europe Hell, where even Mythic feels like Epic

Ofc for every solo player, you will try to be the ultimate difference maker in the game. Based on my experience, you could not be 100% peforming the game and carrying the game all the time. At some point, the teammates have to step up to be one. Thats the problem with solo. Your teammate just need that awareness to be the difference maker of the game. But ofc, dont get to cocky or over confident.
the struggles is really real as a pure mage hero user whenever i encounter a toxic players at its best is really difficult to carry them no matter how hard I try especially if they don't know what rotation and objectives means and even doesn't know prediction on mini map where the enemy will go next such a pain in the ass

I think grock would b better roamer for this game due to enemy cc in this game.. valir would do much as mage.. but loyi also a good pick from melee type heroes and easily cancel sun, john n badang.. but look out for harley just what betosky did in this game
Bruh the pain of playing solo as a main lunox player. When you’ve done your best to kill all the enemies, the rest of the team is just focusing on creeps and not pushing towers. Always end up losing during late game, so frustrating

That's one thing moonton should peek from riot - mages dealing additional damage to structures according to the amount of ability power they have.

I don't know how anyone can just play 1 character I have over half the characters in game and play many of them I have multiple characters I play for each class I try to stay positive when I'm with crappy team mates as I have solo since I started playing I don't think I'm a bad player but still got lots to learn

Cecilion should only concentrate on getting his stacks early game... Late game is where he shines... Can pretty much one shot squishies if I get 400 stacks even without much damage items
This is why I use AOE skill mages now instead of single targets. I hate when you need to carry your whole teammates and they even blame you for doing their job that you supposed not to do so. You're just a mage, but you end up being a marksman, tank, support and assassin. Being in a solo queue is really hard.

Beto u can check bush with CC.Just look at your stacks and when it increases you can tell your teammates or throw your skills at it.The disadvantage sometimes when you get too close you ll die right away plus you cant actualy know how many are in that bush
Number 1 rule of solo play: don't expect anything out of your teammates, just be grateful if they're not a feeder or troll. Always works, no disappointment if you don't expect anything. A lot of happiness if they're good

I was struggling as a mage and watched this. My teammates reported me for being afk.
I came playing from fps games where comms and info were a really big factor in decision making and plays so it boggled my mind how when I came back playing mobile legends my teammates would dive when “initiate retreat” is pinged. This is why I prefer playing with friends though sometimes you get a synergy with randoms sometimes when you’re lucky in solo q.

Isn't that satisfying? With enough stacks, cecilion can one shot a squishy or will divide the enemy's hp into half. Love picking him when I want to carry the game but as a mage.

I really didn't know so many people don't soloQ. Cuz that is all I do, except when my friends r online(and I only have like 3 or smt) and does matches only take y'all 10 mins? Cuz it takes 15-20 mins, like am I that unlucky.
Tip:
Try get 5 mains or five hero's u're comfortable to play with that can go all 5 roles. Then ur chance of getting a perfect team is higher. e. g. (mine) Rafeala, Irithel, Kagura, Ruby and Karina. And try get at least one of them to be multi-role so u have an 'extra'.
And be as nice as possible even if u cringe. And be loose about the game and say sorry if u think someone's death was ur fault(Like if u helped them they would've lived) (this is not blaming urself)
It's going to be a better experience and you will have more fun.
If ur out numbered in a team fight retreat no matter what or when some of ur team mate is in a team fight, like 2 v 4 or 1 v 3(except if u're roamer just keep telling them to retreat)
if they ask u why u didn't help, just tell them "2/1 is better than 3/2 deaths"
I can't lie, there are days where no matter how positive or calm you try to be you still can't get your shit together when your teammates are just too much...
Yesterday I encountered such situations twice in solo ranked games, I was playing Khufra on both the games, the first one was unfortunate, I've tried my best and we still lose, 3 of my team members got bronze, 1 silver and I as a tank was the MVP with a KDA of 2 4 32
In the 2nd game, I got frustrated and couldn't get my head straight I thought to myself this is the same thing again, so I become toxic and lose hope, couldn't play good, thankfully one of my team member who's playing cecilion was actually playing good, he somehow manage to lift me up and urn the game around and carry us all, he carried me as well. It's very rare but it's always good to see such players
So I'm thankful for that person and we won the game
This was such a realistic game. Cyclops is a type of teammate i get in every game..they come in twos and threes..and they couldn' t care less to win, in fact, i think they are trying to lose rather..i subscribed again after 1 year..i play in Europe..i really think we have the most toxic , the most "smart" and the most troll players in the world..it should truly be called Europe Hell, where even Mythic feels like Epic

Ofc for every solo player, you will try to be the ultimate difference maker in the game. Based on my experience, you could not be 100% peforming the game and carrying the game all the time. At some point, the teammates have to step up to be one. Thats the problem with solo. Your teammate just need that awareness to be the difference maker of the game. But ofc, dont get to cocky or over confident.

the struggles is really real as a pure mage hero user whenever i encounter a toxic players at its best is really difficult to carry them no matter how hard I try especially if they don't know what rotation and objectives means and even doesn't know prediction on mini map where the enemy will go next such a pain in the ass

a quick question Mr. Betosky... would valir would have been a better pick with this enemy draft??(as continuous magic dmg can avoid lesley from going into concealed state, 2nd skill pushes back badang whenever hes about to ult and offcourse valir ult to counter john ult), nevertheless it was an elegant gameplay of cecillion
I think grock would b better roamer for this game due to enemy cc in this game.. valir would do much as mage.. but loyi also a good pick from melee type heroes and easily cancel sun, john n badang.. but look out for harley just what betosky did in this game

Bruh the pain of playing solo as a main lunox player. When you’ve done your best to kill all the enemies, the rest of the team is just focusing on creeps and not pushing towers. Always end up losing during late game, so frustrating
