I always prefer using gram measurements in comparison to cup measurements because they are accurate and it is important in baking.recipe and texture will be different for cake with cocoa powder (some more liquid required and texture will be spongy). We are releasing a cake making faults and causes video coming Wednesday, please stay tuned.
Want to try sir, pls tell when to add vinegar and how much to be used. Mould size also and the end product weight too. In forth coming vedio pls give information on Mould size, final weight approximate.
@@jayapradhabharathwaj5204 till the flour doesn't have lump in the batter, we have to mix it gently, with cut and fold method. you use spatula or wire whisk to mix the flour. Make sure the foam should not reduce while mixing the flour.

Possible solution:1.using cake or all purpose flour.2.do not over mix.3.add enough leavening agent (check quality as well)
