Eno is 60% baking soda and 40% citric acid.Baking powder has tarataric acid.may be if they are not available.

Hello Sir, na cake panum pothu okva iruku but cream apply panum pothu cake crumbs oda sernthu varuthu so frosting pana mudiyala cream la crumbs mix agi theriuthu. Crumb coating romba sariya varala ena reason sir. Cream cake oda sernthu varuthu ena sir mistake plz solunga.
May be baked too long in low temperature.left to cool for too long.not packing as soon as cooling down
