I even did The Pink Panther Theme for my final on Piano. If only I can play both again, or at least piano of the theme, then that's impressive enough for anyone.

And while a lot of people today may not have heard of him, you can probably go almost anywhere in the world and even go up to ten year old kids and go "da dum ... da dum ... da dum da dum da dum da dum da..." ahd they know the song and can continue it..
One of the most sublime, melodic pieces of music ever. It will never become dated because it is our modern day Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. BTW: Since the 60’s I have admired Joe Morello on drums. He always made it look easy. His drumming is one of a kind. What a group.

Mancini produced so much great music. Love the way Pink Panther and Peter Gunn are recognizable from the first tap of the drum/cymbal.
