Thank you for making this tutorial! I am in the process of rewatching this to help my bigger game. I watched this while I was waiting for my copy to arrive and now restarting it because I felt overwhelmed. Haha. Perhaps I’m too ambitious with my goals, but I’m hoping that on this rewatch, I’ll have a better idea of what I’m doing.
It helps to do smaller projects first! Smaller means you get to learn everything in the engine from start to finish, and then you'll have more knowledge for your bigger project!
Thank you so much! I haven't bought any DLC, no. It does seem pricey! But they're kinda grouped into styles so I guess people could just buy one style that fits their game and be happy instead of buying all of them at once.
@fallenlorelei your video series have definitely pushed me over the edge as far as my decision to purchase this goes. I also heard you can work with others the make a game which sounds like a really cool feature. 👍
I think you are right, I haven't seen a character creator like in the PC versions. I think that's what the free dlc is for, it has a wide variety of different hair styles and clothes
This is a shame, i made a game in rpgmaker for ps4,5 and i was looking forward to heving my main characters reprise their roles in a rpgmaker with sequel.
With some creative use of the event system, you could try! Rpg maker with is more about making traditional jrpgs but i definitely wouldn't rule out a pet game. Sounds cute!

@ my plan has changed to shrink down my adventure. Basically doing only a chapter of the adventure at a time. Game 1 will essentially be Chapter 1.

Which language is supported?
This Switch version doesn't support plugins, it's all done within the engine. The PC versions do, Javascript for the two most recent (mv and mz)
I’m very curious is there way to make pet simulator take care pets but many more not just take care of them?
