The corporation gets the vote of a human but is insulated from the laws that are made for the human. Like Steiner and George said. As long as the ruling class create laws against humans using their judicial branch then it doesn’t matter what form of government you use. Man willl never truly be free in this type of distopia.

Rachelle PGE has a federal "get out of jail free card" because the U.S. Congress ( Joint Committee on Atomic Energy 1946-1977) and POTUS Nixon covered up a PGE nuclear accident at Humboldt County on 7-17-1970 (TH-cam Humboldt Nuclear Accident). American commercial nuclear industry would live and the children at South Bay Elementary (400yds downwind) would die!

PG&E equipment is all decades old and not being replaced, I dare you to go find a pge truck older than 3 years...
The other problem with repopulating Paradise is local politicians are using new tax structures to keep out "The undesirables" meaning those who aren't from the Bay Area. What made Paradise what it was is the people who lived there. It was an affordable place to own a home and retire in. Most lived there for generations, and we're paying much less in property taxes than new people coming in are. They are squeezing middle-income people out.

A judge should reverse the shares buyout for victims and instead, pay those shares at the highest historical rates. I’d be curious to know if the judge got a pay out with all the executives and politicians! We need audits and to re-open this case to look for further corruption! It should be illegal for any company to make political donations during a bankruptcy, especially when victims didn’t get paid first! They had legal obligations to meet before buying favor from the government!

The state protected PGE by skirting the legislation agency and hiring private a private agency to pen the PGE bankruptcy and victims fund legislation. CA also used a privately hired judge to oversee victims funds. There are several specials in this ABC series on PGE and I recommend all of them.
