Got to get back on the high protein low carb train. The weight was coming off; I let myself slide over the holidays, just a little and the lard returns. It’s not easy to be so disciplined but it is worth it.
Its ok to enjoy yourself sometimes and not worry about having to eat clean 24/7, thats what the holidays are for 🤣 but we’ll get back on it bro, just like we were before our break
@ it didn’t take me almost 20 years to achieve my physique. I never set out to achieve a certain physique in a certain amount of time. So, it’s tough for me to say a specific amount of time. I’ve done a different things over the years. The first 5 years of my training was devoted to Muay Thai kickboxing, BJJ and more endurance focused training. Then, I did CrossFit for a pretty long stretch of time where I started lifting more and lifting heavy. Then, more bodybuilding style training along with higher intensity training. Also, everyone’s timeline is different in terms of results. It’s not really fair for you compare yourself to me. We are different. You can make some amazing changes pretty quickly when you follow the right workout plans and dial in your nutrition✅
Also pls can you tell us the injection cycles whether trenbelon etc thanks a lot
