I have never seen a bigger coincidence than this one.... I myself made this exact set up a year ago in my engineering final year project only by using normal household waste materials like steel blades to create those detector switches and ice cream stick to move the point with the only difference being that the motor i used worked without gear and clutch mechanism and it also at the same time was synchronous with the signals as well and added hand made pressure point sensors to detect the position of trains and change signals accordingly..... I dint know if it was actually used in real life...

Sushil Damle its simple...the principle i used was to transform rotational motion (obtained from the motor and transferred through gears) to translational motion by using an oval shaped structure to the final axle from the gear system with the slowest speed and hence the maximum torque...then attach a straight piece of any solid material tangentially to it...you will find that as the oval structure rotates about its focus the straight piece connected tangentially will move to and fro which you can easily connect to the point of track change....the difference in the smallest and the largest radius of the oval should be equal to the distance required to be be moved by the track(tongue rail).....and connect the gears in such fashion so that the motor end gear has maximum speed and the oval end has minimum speed so as to increase the mechanical advantage....
Good and correct information about Relays interocking points which clearly indicates that if the tongue did not flutch to main rail it revese back to its original position and the signals will follow acording to the path either main or loop that ckearly means that the signals and lines were set to loop.There is no way of getting green signal when the line is set to loop.The interlocking will never permit.If there is a error the signal will show red for apporaching. train. The Loco Pilot of coromadel train fail to obsere the loop line signal.

Please explain what will happen when the obstacle is in the opposite side of the main line, which happened in Orissa, main line train enter into the loop line.

Sir, where did you get the rails to prepare track and how did you made point and crossover?
Rails are custom built. We made our extrusion dies and get them extruded.. crossovers are then hand made with lot of machining and grinding on rails..
