    How do you like to set User Permissions? Do you like to use HubSpots profiles or do you prefer to go from scratch?

      Just to confirm are you looking to provide access to simply View Email and Meeting Logs? If so, this article explains how to limit access to logged emails in the CRM: knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/limit-access-to-logged-emails-in-the-crm

      Hi there, thanks for your comment!
      HubSpot's permissions aren't really designed for this, however, you can set permissions so that a User can only see the Contacts or Companies they are assigned to. For example, if a user is the Company Owner for five companies, they will only be able to see those five companies.
