Thank you for this video! Just figured out why my system went bad because it was installed improperly.
How was it installed?
So informative, illustrative, and most importantly, straightforward. Too bad I don't live any place near the US. At least, I know now what I have to do.
Excellent quick overview video, well explained!
Thank you!
Awesome video, thank you.
Thank you for the kind words and for enjoying our video🥰.
I use a 70v system at home simply because I want more speakers than what a home theater receiver allows. A portion of my system runs on a home receiver, but the majority of it is 70v.

In a commercial audio system for restaurants, Do in-wall volume controls affect the quality and lessen the life of the amplifier since backflow of electricity comes back to the amplifier from the volume control?
Everything added, including those controls, will contribute to the sound quality. We do have a Commercial Audio team who can help you choose the best components for your restaurant:

So how come sometimes it sounds like the speakers are blown? Is it because they are blown or because they daisy chained too many speakers?
Hi Victor, could be the speakers, amp, or even wiring so you'd want to test and check all of that to determine the cause. If you got the components here, you can call our Tech Support to troubleshoot this issue. Their direct number is on your invoice.
Great explanation! Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it Rogerio!
I would like to setup a sound system in the restaurant which can be used for ambient music and of a Dj to plug into after hours. Don't even know were to start. Not sure if I can use wall mounted speakers of regular DJ speakers with and XLR in and output. Any ideas?
We have advisors that can help design a system for your restaurant and its layout. Here's how to reach one for that help:

The commercial in ceiling speakers I have say I can use it an 8ohm system. Does this mean I can run the speakers independently into my channels on the back of my AVR?
You sure can use those commercial speakers on an A/V receiver! There should be some switch or something on the speaker that allows this to happen so just make sure you find that and set it for the 8 ohm system

Can you do this with Bluetooth?
You can connect a Bluetooth music source to your commercial amplifier using a Bluetooth adapter. You cannot use Bluetooth to remove the speaker wire chain to connect multiple commercial speakers that require a 70-volt amplifier.
HI, I bought 4 jbl 26CT 70v / 100v speakers, I want them for my audiovisual room at my house, which amplifier will you recomend me?

a crown amplifier please.
Thank you for this video. while the video DID answer my question, the reality of the speakers I just acquired, I have to verify this information..
o.k. wait. you are saying in a commercial system, the audio is daisy chained from one speaker to the next. How do we know which wire to daisy out to the next wire? say i plug the positive lead from the first speaker into the positive side of channel 1 on my receiver. the negative lead from the speaker goes where?, to the positive side of the next speaker?and the negative from speaker 2 goes to the positive of speaker 3? I have 10 20 watt 8 ohm commercial grade canned in ceiling speakers, designed to fill a 1000 sq ft area with sound.so you are saying , that daisy chaining these speakers , that's 2,000 watts of power that these speakers add up to.if I put a 2k watt amp on these speakers, daisey chained in the matter I described... will the speakers ( individually rated at 20 watts ) will they blow or take the load?
so it's all mono.
