10-Minutes ONLY Taiwanese Cold Noodles | Liang Mian 涼麵 | EASY Go To Summer Dish

Summer! and what's better on a hot humid day than a refreshing bowl of Taiwanese cold noodles also known as Liang Mian 涼麵.
This dish is commonly found everywhere in Taiwan during summer. Liang Mian or cold noodles is a traditional Taiwanese dish consists of wheat noodles topped w/egg, ham or boiled chicken, crunchy vegetables like thinly sliced carrot & cucumber. Then drizzled w/ homemade peanut sauce.
For the sauce you may use sesame paste instead of peanut butter. Others combine both half of peanut butter & half sesame paste. It's your choice.
I always enjoy a plate of Taiwanese cold noodles in the summer. It's the perfect way to escape the summer heat. You'll goin to enjoy this quick ,refreshing & delicious noodles dish.
