    I haven't feared ADRD nor will I since it's not a genetic disposition, that all being said - HOLY SHIT this is a great lesson!

      Great to go without fear of this specific issue. I don't think I have the genes for it either, but I am making preemptive strikes while taking steps to avoid digital dementia... the threat is real!

      Now that's something I do fear. Digital dementia. I do see in 10 years that screens will be gone and information will be invisible delivered 😂

    I fear of giving prescription meds that can have adverse affects on someone I spoke with say a bank teller, since she told me she has someone with OCD & ADHD problems

      @magneticmemorymethodpodcast Yes, I've read your smarter book recently. It's a great read and has changed my perception of being a completionist rather then being a perfectionist. But my challenge is now to adapt to when I develop memory fog from doing hard labour even I understand that it's not always about achievement or more results, but whether I can keep my job.
