Very nice. Unfortunately garrison matrices and rings are very expensive but they are amazing!!

I wish if you increase the lenght of the ring a little bit so that i can use in case of missing cusp

Hello Dr. Adly. Do you mean that you've tried the wide prep (green) ring on a restoration missing a cusp and the ring tips weren't long enough to seal the matrix band against the tooth? If that's the case, a restoration like that would really need some sort of tofflemire-style band to be used instead of a matrix system. That indicates to me that no ring would be able to fit and seal off the matrix band properly.

Really love this tip! I just bought the garrison matrix system and have a little question. Can we use Green ring in the normal Cl.II(Not exceed the line angle) case ?

Glad you are enjoying the system so far! If you want to use the green ring for more than wide prep cases, you can, as long as it fits where you are placing the ring and doesn't interfere with you gaining access to any part of the restoration. Special cases like MODs where you might want to place more than one ring at a time will not allow for you to use the green ring. The tips are so wide on that ring, that if you tried to stack one ring on top of the other, it wouldn't fit.

Who would put a crown on that tooth?? Has a lot of enamel, so a good comp. filling will stick to it very nicely!
