This reminds me of my old friend who loved undertale that passed away from cancer a few years ago. This was one of his favorite songs, and I would play it for him from time to time, and he'd always start to tear up at the last part. Now whenever I hear this song, I think of him, and it's my turn to tear up.

This cover of Fallen Down really hit hard. Maybe it's because of how much Undertale is embedded into myself... considering I dived into the game; fell in love with the characters & story; got immersed with community-made stories/games/music/theories and the like; dealt with personal hardships with its philosophy of acceptance, communication, & Determination; and even introduced myself to piano thanks to the game's OSTs while all of that was happening... yes, throughout an era spanning half a decade, 8 years ago.
Maybe it's from me being wholeheartedly familiar with Once Upon a Time's refrain (the part with the 4 high notes), the same tune popping up as I got to practice the Undertale theme, Home, Reunited, and even Fallen Down. Maybe it's just resonating with my sense of nostalgia. Maybe it's the 432hz setting the right feel. I was afloat while listening to this track, but that last quarter from 2:35 made me tear up... despite knowing, like, 5 other variations of the tune. This cover is an experience. It's mellow, yet warm and uplifting in its entirety..
