Recently played FE6 and 7. I have to say, Trails Franchise still the best JRPG in term of gameplay and lore. Though I do love the romance system in FE 6 and 7.
I honestly don't really get it, is the way he's playing instinctual or does he get suggested songs before a stream and then he listens to them thinking how he could best add to it with his drums? I can't even wrap my head around how the first would be possible, I mean I guess it's sort of easy to guess how a song might go but at the same time I feel it's quite easy to get it wrong as well.
Trust me, the first is possible, though it's not easy. To a lesser degree, it's similar to the way someone listening to a song for the first time can predict how chord progressions will resolve, or the way rhythms will hit. Hard to explain in text. It takes a lot of time to hone that skill, but it is possible. And yeah, they are done on the fly.
He simply knows much about drumming and has a lot of experience. Songs are predictable to a point for most part. Even as someone who doesn't know crap about music, I'm able to predict what will exactly happen, how it will happen and how it will sound for a lot of songs I'm hearing for the first time. If I as a casual no-skill n00b am able to do that, just imagine how far an actual skillful professional cake it. You actually do see him mess up a bit on unpredictable songs. Some are also just hard. And if he doesn't know he simply stops & listens for a few seconds to pick it up again.
This is good im glad falcom getting recognition anyone out there let’s keep spreading the word n show streamers falcom games
really appreciate this man, never knew 8bit ever did falcom songs
Seriously. I can think of a few different songs I'd donate to hear him cover.
@@mattguggemos6188 would love to get him cover A-to-Z from Ys 8, banger to the moon
@@BlackCat-yx1zw I need that and some cs4 and hajimari themes
@@santipenalver3136 Agreed. If he did Burning Throb, I'd be hyped as hell.
I'm surprised this video only had 7 comments... Its like Falcom is cursed with Niche every time they are publicly seen.
