Atelier games, especially the Ryza OSTs have some of the happiest RPG battle songs I know. They're all the perfect kind of vibe. Also I cant speak for milk in eggs, but a bit of heavy cream in eggs makes for some really fluffy scrambled eggs.
My understanding is that the milk breaks up the protein chains a little on cooking, so the eggs scramble more consistently than if you use water; my cooking experience would agree with this, but it might well be in my head - all I have is anecdata. ;-] We -are- talking just a tbsp per 2 eggs or so, but it may also depend on what eggs you use, and how consistent the internals of the eggs are from carton to carton; organic eggs in NZ may well be very different, chemically speaking, from US mass-produced eggs, etc. So YMMV, as always.
The Atelier/Mana Khemia/Ar Tonelico series all have such great soundtracks. Even if some of them are fairly mediocre, all of them have OSTs worth listening to.
@@siekensou77 Music video game peaked in Blue Reflection. Things are only downhill from there. Tigar -Kurt-, Toshitake -Toryu-, Sayonara -Kamimusubi-, Blue Reflection, Reflect, just to name a few. Who would have thought that these songs would fit Magical Girl theme. Turns out they fit absolutely perfectly.
Atelier Ryza games always reminds me of going on summer camping trips as a kid. Tent camping, trail hiking, and running around with random sticks that we found on the trails.
the Atelier Series is for me one of those series that have a totally awesome OST. But it's also one of those series that get a (even if only slightly) better OST with every new release. And besises that, "Cliffhanger" is my absolute favorite song from Atelier Sophie.
Scrambled eggs: eggs, butter, cook in pot while constantly and vigorously stirring (I use a whisk because I like it with a smoother texture, but spoon is fine too), once egg and butter mixture is the texture of ricotta it's done. Add a tablespoon of philadelphia cheese or creme fraiche, salt and black pepper to taste. That's the way I've learned it, and results in a very creamy, very rich scrambled eggs that goes well on toasted bread.
Ryza brought me into the world of Atelier, and I've been loving it ever since. I already consider Gust to be one of my if not my favourite game dev ever because of both Atelier Ryza trilogy and the Blue Reflection games, and Hayato Asano always makes fantastic tracks like this to compliment them. Always nice to see other people appreciate fantastic work like this.
Atelier games are very polarizing. However, generally, soundtrack is very well liked. One friend if mine asked if it was an orchestral song, and like the soundtrack too.
I just started playing this game a couple weeks ago so I haven't heard the full soundtrack yet. This is quite a revelation for me because I usually only hear the first like 11 seconds of this song because battles are so quick in this game lmao. Really good cover too, your good attitude always puts a smile on my face.
All the songs he plays are suggestions by the viewers. Anyone can suggest a song during his streams by a special button in his twitch chat and I think also with a certain text command on TH-cam's chat. There's no guarantee he will play the song, tho. But is worth the try!
Wow this song is a bop. Just an offshoot question, since I'm pretty sure I'm wrong - is that emote in a ring a [Genesis Robotnik vibing] kind of emote?

I thought it was some kind of metaphor for Ryza's thick thighs. 🤣

you mean Gust games
Mana Khemia is still Atelier btw, not a different series.

I love this soundtrack, it really captures the summer feel in my eyes. And the feeling of bonking some punis for materials.
Thanks for the rendition 💙

That's my PSA upon seeing Jerod drumming to this song
Hey, I remember this song! It gives Sharou (しゃろう) and DOVA-BGM vibes!!
Always nice when a game's regular battle theme is an absolute banger!
I got into the Atelier series this year and hoo boy this cover is amazing
Tremendous job :)

1周目で理解した曲の構成を2周目までに完全に記憶して、2周目で完璧なドラムパターンを出力できるの凄すぎる
I admire your memory and adaptation. Awesome, Brilliant, Impressive! ❤🎉
I love Ryza's OST. Both games just ooze comfort and joy

This is so happy and upbeat, I can see exactly how this would be a battle theme in a game where combat is non-serious and fun. Cool song!

Holy damn this is catchy as hell!
Really great to see you playing some of Atelier Ryza's OST! Seems like you were having fun with it too!
This SLAPPPPPSSS I'm playing the game now and this battle music does not ever get old!
just finished Ryza 2, gosh the battle themes just GO! when the fights last long its so easy to just jam along with em
great work on the drumming!

Sounds so lovely!!!
I put a tiny bit of almond milk in my eggs before I scramble them. Also, I scramble them in a bowl, not a cup.
this song slaps
So cool to see that in action!
Please do Shooting Star, maybe the Atelier Lydie and Suelle ver.

I still want 8bit to drum to Orca Beach from La Tale.
Jerod! a little milk in your eggs makes them fluffier! and can make 3 eggs feel more like 4, also a pinch of REAL sugar or honey.
In 31 years, how have you never been taught the correct way to make scrambled eggs? Blows my mind how many people don't know this.
Yes
Superb!
Ayaya!
Are you make the "Super Mario World OST Drum Cover" please
tfw i put milk in my scrambled eggs :|
they make for a fluffier scramble.
Nice video
うぽつです!
