Firstly I would like to say a big thanks Fred for all you do for music as it has meant so much to me. I woke up paralysed September 23rd 2019 just before Covid hit and needless to say it has left me devastated and i struggle on a daly basis. Your journey has been inspirational and great to watch unfold. I miss being able to get in the studio to create, its something i miss so much (apart from walking of course) but thank you for sharing your journey its been a blast.
