I Raved in the 90s DJ'd in the later 90s and 00s and now do a bit of production here and there so I've seen a few bits n bobs this kid has something special he's one of the only newer artists who has that vibe 90s stuff had not just his music but in general everything, a bit like he was held back so the younger generation can experience some of what we did. bravo sir (love the use of the old BRM tune too)
I've seen Fred in 3 different settings - at a festival in London in a tent he had no place of performing in (should've been on the main stage as a headliner), Brixton Academy the week before it got shut down, and his TBA gigs with Skrillex and Four Tet in a small but legendary spot (The Troxy in East London), and every damn time there is something special about his sets. My music taste is R&B, hip-hop and UK rap, but the energy he brings to his songs and especially his sets is simply euphoric. The vibes of the crowd is genuinely so positive and everyone is there for the music, no fuckeries that unfortunately I see at most gigs or festivals over the years (even the house festival I went to today). If you get the chance to see this man live, just take it. You will not regret it - maybe I'll see you at Ally Pally this September 😂
@SobrietyandSolace A week after Fred's gigs, Asake performed a few nights in Brixton, and there was a stampede/crush outside where 2 people eventually died as a result. It's been shut ever since (Dec 2022) and is being threatened with being permanently shut. Hopefully the local authorities see sense and not do it as it's such a legendary spot in London.

Fred is our Mozart. Absolute game-changer……channels sounds and vibes and reality that no one else is doing. His genuine heart and love of the art transcends his music. He’s quite simply perfect. Thank you Fred! ….. again ……
The power Fred holds is unreal.
Humanity and the raw emotion that comes with it, injected into beat!
Shoutout to the guy with the white vest at 7:46, that’s the same dude that was at his boiler room set. A true supporter for sure
Yeah I thought I spotted him at 5:29
This guy is a breath of fresh air , music 2 touch your soul, he's like a musical soundtrack for life god bless him and the band backing him up.
This is pure love! I hope one day I'll have this dimension to share this amount of love as Fred Does! The world is ours if we want. Together we are stronger!
🙏
🙌
Can’t stop watching this ❤
Massive bigups to Tony here. Its great seeing him on stage again doing what he loves.
Is that the dude on the left? Who is he? Love to learn more.
@@danielmembrillo6472 Yep, thats Tony. He was one of the original members of Modestep, alongside his brother Josh, who is now doing Modestep solo. Tony left a while ago.
We fucking love Tony!
I Raved in the 90s DJ'd in the later 90s and 00s and now do a bit of production here and there so I've seen a few bits n bobs
this kid has something special he's one of the only newer artists who has that vibe 90s stuff had not just his music but in general everything, a bit like he was held back so the younger generation can experience some of what we did. bravo sir (love the use of the old BRM tune too)
I watched his boiler room set enough times to recognize a guy in the crowd that was at the boiler room 5:27
the guy with the flip phone!!
Fucking hell that’s a seriously good spot!
You missed him again at 8:02
😂😂this is impressive. That guy with his flip phone. I remember the crazy asian guy being next to this guy during boiler room session.
indeed!! ahahah same vibe bro
Watching this while working my boring office job on a cold November winter day and wishing I was back here with all my heart!!
Wait what Brixton Academy got shut down????
@SobrietyandSolace A week after Fred's gigs, Asake performed a few nights in Brixton, and there was a stampede/crush outside where 2 people eventually died as a result.
It's been shut ever since (Dec 2022) and is being threatened with being permanently shut. Hopefully the local authorities see sense and not do it as it's such a legendary spot in London.
So much love in that crowd makes my heart all filled up ☺️❤☺️
To have that positive response from a huge crowd may be more rewarding than all the money in the world. Thx
Need to see this guy live ❤
Just saying the same myself
Fred please come to US bro I’m begging you 😢
He was in the US when you commented that 😆
Just been watching Rens live acoustic FredAgain mash up video. Never knew Fred Again so come to check him out and now I’ can see why he is one of RENs favourites.
I've had a moment listening to this every day while walking my pup for the last week. I love how he builds it up, i love that he doesn't want to leave at the end, i love the feels this gives me.
This was my absolute favourite moment/set. Him, the sunset, the super happy buzziness of the crowd, his gratitude, authenticity, humbleness, his sidekick Tony....just the whole vibe! He has created something very special and people can feel it. Very very special moment in time 💫✨️🙌❤️💫✨️🙌❤️💃🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
I’m just going to watch this over again & again & again & again & again……
God what a talent, what an absolute talent, this whole set, as I watched, gave me goosebumps, had me smiling, shout out Tiana this one’s for you. And for anyone who is having a tough moment in life, things will get better, one step at a time, your feelings are valid.
the ending of billie here is actual goosebumps
I Can watch and listen to this beautiful 10 minutes and not get bored of it. This is just magical, emotional and uplifting. Seeing Fred's happiness and his smile when the crowd doesn't wanna stop singing Billie (Loving Arms) is just priceless, this is what truly separates being a "famous" person and being a talented soul like Fred Again.. Keep at it my dude! We need you in this time of music. A Huge fan from Puerto Rico, hope I'll see you see you soon! Much love! ❤🇵🇷🔥

Each time I listen to this I get so much goosebumps. This is so well deserved for the genius that fred is 🔥
he really feels what he‘s doing! ❤
For anyone wondering, the other DJ is Tony Friend, ex Modestep maestro, couldn't be anyone better to do this with him, and also has experience with huge festival crowds already, Modestep's reading set from 2015 is one of the best I've ever seen
Discovered Fred after randomly watching his set on iplayer. Not felt this excited about an artist in a long time.
Most significant and appreciated thing that hi is the real DJ - he is literally doing the music alive ❤
So much better than Coachella´s show , this is way too much FRED style . He does not need any other DJ with him. Big applause. So much in this video. You´re great Fred! Thanks always for giving this to the world. BRAVOOOOOOOOOOOO
He's such a polite, lovely man, and so amazingly talented. He is one of my favourite musicians of all time. His music is so emotional

I'm so thankful I got to see Fred playing in Porto! That day, amidst the relentless rainfall, became etched in the deepest recesses of my heart and soul. In the midst of that tempestuous rainfall, I found myself surrendering to the ecstasy of the experience. It will forever stand as a testament to the beauty of being fully alive, of embracing every moment with unbridled passion. The laughter, the dancing, the tears, the kisses, and the hugs will be forever engraved in my mind. It was, undeniably, one of the most extraordinary days of my life, a day where the universe conspired to remind me of the power of human connection. To witness him, amidst the downpour, was nothing short of a cathartic revelation.
What an insane crowd, love that energy
There's no one to touch him - an original beautiful human who makes beautiful sounds 🤟
I stopped doing the House Club scene in 2014 but this beat takes me back to Deep/Tech raves and outdoor dance parties in Auckland, NZ. Music uplifts the soul & spirit.
Very few phones, just people enjoying every second. Well done Glastonbury, looks amazing.
The reverbed SHEEEEEESH moment just gives me chills everytime, its so epic! 06:49
04:37 as a techie i really appreciate how he has a backup system in case the primary fails.
