I’m so glad folks like you are giving Falcons the love they deserve…I checked out your older video too, it’s real smooth…glad you’re happy in Idaho in your new shop…
Thank you Glenn. I think it is one of the best looking cars on the planet. Sometimes I walk into the garage and it just stops me in my tracks, because I can't believe I really own one. Dream of mine since high school when I first saw one drive into the parking lot. White as well. I am truly blessed. Cheers to you.
It may not be a genuine Futura, but it IS as nice as any Falcon I've ever seen. Nice job, and glad you fixed that annoying rattle. It just gets better!
Understand. I have a new garrage and have been arranging things so that I can work on my 65 with more room to jack it up and really get under it. Next project is installing a parking break. Wish me luck! Have a blast tinkering with your baby. Slow and sure is the ticket. Cheers
Hey Glenn, yes Idaho. We are loving it here! Vashon Island WA is a beautiful place, but you have to rely on the ferry system. Since Covid it has gone down hill. Not convenient for shopping or Dr appointments, hospitals etc. Property taxes are So high, we had to move.
Might be a silly question but, does the seat go back further? It looks like y’all are right on top of the steering wheel when you drive it. Is that a normal thing with the Falcon? Asking because I’m thinking about buying one. Thanks. 😊
Yes it goes much further back, my wife and I have short legs lol. My 6' 3" son-in-law can drive it no problem. I think you need to buy one. These Falcons are pretty light and if you put a V8 in one it just scoots! However, I had one with a six cylinder and it had plenty of pep. They are just fun cars. Good luck on your search.
Rear spring longer length rear shackles? Really? Dumbass idea. Better off with adding a spring leaf or buying new springs proper for that car's specs/needs.
Super cool video with incredible footage & music! Nostalgic!
Thanks Melisa!
New Sub scriber Like your Falcon enjoyed the video I got a 1962 Ford Falcon ranchero So have fun with that car Enjoy the ride say safe my friends

Thank you John!
Yes, I did finally understand that my Falcon is not a Futura. Oh well, I still love it!
Just built a set of wheel cribs to set the pinion angle on my daughters ‘64 as well! Easiest way to do it!
Nicely done! They work really well don't they. Cheers to you.
50 years ago when I 13 working in my father's garage we bought a 1965 falcon same body style but dark blue for the same price 50$ but no transmission.
Such a deal! You might be able to buy a used fender for $50 now days. These cars are not cheep anymore are they.
Beautiful car
Congratulations family!!!! From Argentina 👋🏻😎🇦🇷
Same car as mine Love them!
Great vid !
Ultra proper Falcon🤩
Hay! I recognize that jingle! Nice music you got going there Dan!
Thank you bud. 😊
I had a 65 Futura convertible back in the late 70s.
It was white with white top and red interior.
I wish I still had it.
Oh man, I feel ya. I found out that mine is actually Not a Futura after all. It is just a sedan, but I don't really care. I love it!
Nice looking car we made the Ford Falcon here in Australia. Please look after her.
Will do. She is my baby! Thanks

Thanks for sharing your Falcon…you have a fine family. The scenery in Washington sure is nice. Is the footage at the end from your new home in Idaho?

I agree. Going to do that soon. Do you know where to purchase extra leaf springs? Maybe that's a Dumbass question.
