Another beautiful property. The Hawaiian word you were looking for is punee, a day bed. I wish you had shown us the garage when you were in the guest courtyard. Thanks for you commentary on your homes. It makes the houses come alive.
Wow. Just imagining living there makes me feel good. Mike, your presentation of these homes - your real-person reaction to them - makes them the best home tour videos I've seen. And I watch a lot of them. The only thing I would change on this property would be to add a full-on outdoor kitchen.
Very nice. would you hop in the water there, or just too rocky. I think the observation deck up top makes it! Public walkway in front may be problematic, but then, it means you can probably walk all the way the Anaehoomalu beach for a swim?
There's pretty much always a public path between the house and the water, so that's normal. There is a spot to get in the water but you definitely have to be careful for the first few steps. A-bay is just a short stroll away.
I add several hammocks around the pool area, heck everywhere!!!…that lil corner area reminds me of a almost gazebo…definitely the observatory does it for me, I would probably remodel extend it and add the owners suite there…great work Mike, lots of love greetings and blessings to you all on Earth 🌎 and the infinite beyond 🪐 from the Caribbean 🌞🌴🐬🌺🛸🍍🍹😇😽 LV M
Even if I paid cash for the property. Between HOA , state taxes, and insurance, I would still half to allocate about 15,000 a month. that is a hard pill to swallow.
Curious as to your thoughts being there. Did you spend a lot of time on the property, or did you find yourself leaving for other activities? What was your favorite thing about the house?
The lack of PV is disappointing considering the sheer square footage of the Hale facing East, South, & West. I suppose the feeling is if you have the financial wherewithal to purchase the property, "Who gives a damn about renewables?" Sad statement.
That’s $4,500 a sq ft. Something isn’t adding up, the most per sq ft. I’ve ever heard of is a solid gold house on r acres of diamonds in Beverly Hills for $2,600 a sq ft.?
If you were going to live in it and not rent it out, I’d add a second two car garage. If I had 22 million to spend on a house, my car budget would be up there as well.
Sure, but I think the buyer profile for this one probably has other investments and doesn't really need this to perform as the best possible asset allocation. Its an emotional purchase.
This house will never sell for $22 million. This is ridiculous. What is going on ,do you know what you can get in Miami New York, Los Angeles San Francisco and many islands in the world come on I see why everybody has left Hawaii 😢
@@jeffchrapcynski4470 I would probably rate that one higher because of 1) the size of the dwellings and land, and 2) the privacy afforded by owning the land all the way to the ocean with no path in front.
As close to perfection as you can get. Truly spectacular. Mahalo Mike!
Wow, thanks!
You got it right, Pueo! What a FANTASTIC house!!!! WOW!🤩
Thank you 😁

Gorgeous!!! That view looks so peaceful
Tv room is the best and also the office area so I can make my model planes .
hahahahaha 😊
Hey Mike is that a Crestron home system for controlling the lights, music shutters windows etc.?
I do not believe so.
We are staying in Waikoloa right now! This is the best side of the island. Always sunny. Great location!
Have fun and shoot me a line if you are even in the market!
Just outside of my price range!lol! I would love to see the metal work in those walls! Great video Mike!
Thanks 👍
I would literally die there…….it’s that beautiful
The view from the bed is so magnificent that it doesn’t look real. It’s too perfect! Thank you for showing us this fabulous house!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love this place I irrigation this house before
That small structure by the end of the pool has deep traditional roots that the early Hawaiians called “ dat toking hut”.
I see it has solar Hot water heater, but I could not tell if is has PV. That is what i would add. Lovely home. Picture perfect
Agreed!
This one is worthy.
i'm glad you liked it!
This is a dream home. ❤ mahalo
Spectacular home. I'd assume most of these are purchased as investments and used as STVRs? $22m is steep unless you're in the 0.01%...
Definitely

The beaches are public in Hawaii.

Beautiful ❤️.

Thank you! Cheers!
Does this include access to resort amenities?
Movie room is 🔥
Love it!
Pune’e is the word your looking for 🤙🏽
TY!
Had to stop at 1:19 due to the fact I don't live there...yet. Alohas.
If I had the money I would live here and forget the short term rental.
Overwhelming Hale, only issue I have is the threat of climate induced Storm Surge.🤔🤩
Nice property, but for $22M, I expect the seller to throw in a bigger TV or projection system for the home theater. ;)
I'll throw it in at closing!
How much per week?
Prob about $40-50k a week.
That's what it should be getting.
We just rented it for over thanksgiving it went for $28k for the week
Wow!!!!
Only 19,500,000 over my budget.
Me too!
Lovely property! I wonder what that rents out for?
right now is way undermarketed, getting something like $4000/night.
Even if I paid cash for the property. Between HOA , state taxes, and insurance, I would still half to allocate about 15,000 a month. that is a hard pill to swallow.
For people with $22M, 15k isn't a big deal.
In my case. That would only leave me with about $3 million and I don’t know that would last me 20 years on their property.
We stayed there over Thanksgiving - had a great experience. Ask me anything about the place if you are curious
Curious as to your thoughts being there. Did you spend a lot of time on the property, or did you find yourself leaving for other activities? What was your favorite thing about the house?
It’s just alright with me.
The lack of PV is disappointing considering the sheer square footage of the Hale facing East, South, & West. I suppose the feeling is if you have the financial wherewithal to purchase the property, "Who gives a damn about renewables?" Sad statement.
Definitely something to add!
Looks like it’s off the Market
yes, they pulled it for now. I'm willing to bet they still want to sell if they get their price.
Beautiful house but not feeling it. I have seen many houses on this channel that were more impressive and much less expensive.
I understand
Poor work on the stone floors..big clusters of off color tiles!..no excuse for that!

I hope you like rocks.
When they are by the ocean, yes!
For the same amount of money I'd rather have three pieces of Real Estate and diversified income. That home is an older build.

Bella la casa...ma la spiaggia di fronte è orrenda.
Who on God's green earth would pay 22 million for that no way
Someone with $100M?
An Arab man

I respect your opinion. How would you rate this house compared to Ha’ikaua point? In Kailua Kona

$22M house and not a single bidet 😂
There is a bidet in the master bedroom
