Man on man the sunsets from this property are spectacular!! Beautiful home as well. I would love your perspective on the kitchen layout from this house as compared to the 227 Anapuni Loop property. While both obviously have terrific sight of the outside from the kitchen, which do you think would offer the better views?
Ocean front views will win every time for me! But the good thing about Maui in Hawaii in general is it’s like “theater style seating” as you move up the mountain side of the island, the elevation dramatically increases and the views get bigger and wider and even more panoramic!!

It's only 11 million, with 92 thousand dollars a year property taxes. I'm not sure but I think I could be happy with that kind of cash in the states somewhere. True I've been burning 100 dollar bills in Alaska to keep warm at night, maybe I'll check it out.
Hi Eric, I was always wondering why only ~10% of video's & real estate picturse really show the inside garages. And almost never see the dimensional size. The garages can be a deal breaker for me.
Eric, long time viewer, first time commenting. Is this home on a septic system where there is a septic field. If so. I wouldn't be parking cars on the lawn... not knowing where the septic field is located.. just saying.

Joseph Domingo You can build a wall. But there is a maximum height restriction I believe six or 7 feet. Your best bet is to grow tall trees or bushes.
