Im curious when an employee puts in resignation. On their last day of employment do they have to sign any forms presented to them? Exit forms or final paycheck form etc...
I have a question is an employee able to work 12 hours a day with regular pay as long as they do not exceed their 40 hours in a work week? This is in a residential facility serving special needs individuals. Care Giving type of work.
Good afternoon. If an employer holds election that follows strict rules, an employer can institute an alternative work schedule such as the three-twelve (12 hrs. per day three days per week).
Christina did a fantastic job breaking down complex employment law changes. The minimum wage increases and reproductive health decision leave are major shifts. I'm particularly interested in the NLRB's expanded definition of employees. This could dramatically impact labor relations.
my job is 2 years behind in my pay, they read all of my emails (pesonal ones) which is a felny and i need help taking on criminal and civil charges against them
Thank you, Kristina, for this amazing educational video to help us thru intricacies of California labor law🙏

Unacceptable behavior
I really don’t like when webinar speakers sound so annoyed with each other , like I’m sure these videos are a part of there paycheck?
This was very well presented! Thank you
