It's a shame they are discontinuing the Dock-1. Some features of the 30T don't exist on the 3TD (range finder, FPV camera, redundant IMU and compass, limp-mode, dual GPS receiver for azimuth indication, FPV, better zoom and tracking capability …), all features making it easier to obtain BVLOS certification and to pilice from above. In my opinion, the Dock 1 is worth the price differential, I was working on an urban policing project that was banking on those Dock-1 features

What's the purpose of that kind of drone?
The current applications are for security, monitoring, and mapping. Once companies start adopting this tech, we'll see more use cases.

DJI has not been banned in the U.S.
