I’d suggest Hotel des arts if you’re gonna visit Vietnam, or Park Hyatt, their afternoon tea (especially the coconut icecream) is amazing. Also if Ms.S come with you, maybe consider doing a local brands tour. Also be aware of the heat and humidity in April .

I would recommend Croatia. I only knew about this country after my favorite show Games of Thrones filmed there. Based on what I’ve seen it looks very beautiful and not as busy or crowded as Italy or the neighboring countries. I hope to go there one day.

Mel, If you go to ho chi minh stay in District 1, Ben Thanh market you will find a lots of things to do day and night. They open Ben Thanh night market but not sure if it happen everyday. Park hyatt hotel can be a really good option . If you want to do eat fine dining I recommend the monkey gallery restaurant. They feature vietnamese street food at fine dinning level it won't disappoint you. Please do a vlog while you are there and have a wonderfull time in viet nam.
Mel, you could come to Italy for your anniversary! Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet, Venice, Florence, Rome, Milan... You have so many places to visit! And you would eat very well, since you're gourmets! I don't need to tell you anything about shopping...! Give it a thought! 😘

Mel we got back in nov from Europe the one place we loved was Sorrento in italy ,but my Number one have to return cause there is so so much to see is Turkey! We went to istanbul and kusadasi there is so much to see and the culture is amazing!!
