So true John is very skilled and understands his job. You don't need to talk too much for him to understand what you want, and he's very transparent with his pricing too. I can understand that awning windows don't work really well in Ghana due to the burglar proofs. Since yours is both top and bottom swing, how do you open and close them without the burglar bars obstructing your hands? And how do you get insects net fitted?

Yeah it can project all the way out depending on the catch system. The problem is that you can't close it from the inside if it goes all the way out because you can't reach the handle, unless you go outside and pull it in.
