@oymeit ah I have a video of that.. it's on my imac, I should be home tomorrow night and try to remember to edit and post... screw the bolts all the way in the holes and it will push the cover off a little bit
@majorghn got syringe on ebay less than $5, just look up for 60ML syringe.
final drive oil use the engine oil, both same oil. final drive oil use less amount of oil.
engine oil about 1.2 litre, final drive oil 180 ml

Mr., the oil need to be the same of used in engine, like 20W50 or 10W40 ... or something special, like xxxW80 or xxxW90 ?

10/40 isn't motorcycle specific is it? How about motorex oils, 15/50 engine 80/90 hypoid final gear? 2012 Burgman 400. BTW thanks for the videos :)

where did you get the Syringe Mic? My Suzuki parts guy said the Final Drive oil is the same weight as the engine oil...is this true?

Are 180ml or 200ml Final Drive Oil?
80/90 or 10/40 I´ll change again 12.000 Kilometres later.

Hey Mitch, thanks to your video i striped bolts holes treads ...coz of overtightening ...my tourque wrench was in kgf not lb-ft .... not ur fault but please use both measurements in ur future videos .best regards .

@kwaidonjin both are good! I am more fan of amsoil. Mobil1 seems cheaper than amsoil

Yes, but oil amount may be different, I have been hunting for Burgman 200 to make videos, hopefully this year :)

@micbergsma When it comes to mechanical parts with metal to metal, you DO NOT WANT CHEAP. Amsoil is the best oil you can buy, bar none. Mobil 1 is nothing more that a high profit margin oil for dealers and stock holders. Amsoil is a private company. They are super picky and use much better formulas for their oils than publicly traded companies. I used to use Mobil 1 for many years until I learned about Amsoil. When it comes to machines, I am SUPER PICKY about the oil that goes in.

@micbergsma What caused you to wise up and smell the coffee? So many people are such idiots and just want to put the cheapest crap they can get away with. Then when they engines have all kinds of problems, they blame it on the craftsmanship of the manufacturer. It's like you wouldn't go your entire life eating McDonalds and Burger King the rest of your life. Why do people worry about saving a few measly bucks and risk having major engine problems using crappy, cheap oil?
