dawn dish soap, warm water, and soft tooth brush on the rope bro. let it soak and lightly brush it..makes a big difference. I cut hair and it releases a lot of dirt tiny hairs, ect on my 4mm/6mm Diamond cuts.

Hey Vinny sorry for the late response. I would do 7.5 or 7.25 inch but it really depends on how you would want the bracelet to hang more loose or fitted. My wrist is also 7 inches and am about 155 pounds normally and it moves around quiet a bit. I am planning to do an iced out one 7 inches so it stays in place more.
I suggest buying a 2 fakes off of eBay and Amazon then returning them after getting your size unless there is a mall close by you. I hope this helped my friend

Honestly yes Atleast every other day. But I’m going to get a diamond 6mm diamond Miami Cuban bracelet. Tighter fit to wear every day. I sometimes get worried about scratching it day to day. But you definitely can it’s a great size
