Only the neck part shows. Also I wear a lot of button up shirts when going out. It show just enough but not to much.

I like both lengths tbh for me i would go for 24inch because i can put it over my head without having to open the box clasp which less wear on that in the long run but if you don’t take it off ever 22 inch still good length and you’ll save some money
