I have a question anybody answer: I use 40 developer to bleach my knots but they always come out red , should I buy a 20 or a 10, are they red because the 40 processes faster ?
Get 20 & Let It Sit For About 20-25 (Depends On The Hair Company) Then Wash It Out With Shimmer Lights Shampoo To Get Rid Of The Brassiness Undertone
Have you tried toning ? With a purple shampoo ?

Lani Brasi You have to make sure you use purple shampoo (preferably shimmer lights) to tone your knots and let it sit in that shampoo for atleast 20-25 mins
