Such a beautiful home! I can’t believe how expensive everything is there though. (I know you’re used to it but still!) Here in Charleston, SC my mortgage is around $1300 a month on my 4/3 2,570 sqft. house with a huge backyard backing up to the woods. Plus it’s warm here and we have the beach 😂
April_Spring2015 It’s not a black or white issue. I’m trying to understand why would a fully abled adult feel entitled to someone else’s money. 🤔Like, who are you?? I just don’t understand that logic. You can go to school, pick up a trade, learn new skills, or start a business just like a man can.
Who can afford this a momth? That's alot of money no wonder there are so many homeless in NY. Most people i know don't even make that kind of money a month.
Doctors, lawyers, business people, actors etc! To me paying that much is ridiculous in the sense that if you can spend that much money in rent why not buy a place?
JustNahima. I Guess you could have roommates and split the rent so each of you would pay a bit less than $2000 a month? I Guess that would make it a lot easier
I dont care for mansions. I think they don't look homey or classy. I also get scared its too big and find some of the creepy. I like small homey or average homes. I love the nyc style homes because they have class like in Europe. Also , on the west-coast, the homes are all different and not cookie cutter or over done mansions.
Thank you Nyasia for a great tour of this house, it is quite breathtaking! If I had the money I would love to live there, lots of space for an art studio and office, great party space as well. You'll never know if the guests all went home afterward, you'll need a search party to find them, lol.

What a beautiful house. This is one of those presentations where you kinda feel like "The furniture might spoil it" I would have loved to see the garden. The basement is absolutely stunning. I could be selfish and turn it into my gym but the dad in me is thinking "Kids room!"

I know you are not a cook but it would be great to learn more about kitchen appliances and cooking just to be educated and big selling points! For me I love to cook, has burners, range hoods pot filling taps over a stove, apron sinks and huge selling points for some! Would be great to hear you inform us on those features like a true real estate agent!
It's nice, some young person would fit here. I couldn't take the steps now or when I get older. It's nice though. Maybe it has an elevator I don't know I moved the timer along here and there. The stove and kitchen are really nice. The entry is so pretty. The entry is good for when you have to step out to sign for packages. I do not like houses where when you open the front door the person at-the-door can see the entire inside. I don't like that in house homes or apartments. Here you can step out close the door behind you for privacy so that the inside of your home is not visible and tend to whoever is at the door without them looking in.
