I'm doing the exact same thing with the same CXracing kit (minus exhaust) on my own '92 cabrio. I opted to get rid of the A/C because it's still an R12 system and... it's a convertible. If it's that hot out I'm taking the top off
This is creepily identical to my wifes car. One owner, 138k when we bought it in 2020. Same interior panel fading and everything, except our sport seats were recovered in a matching color cloth to avoid sweaty leg syndrome when its warm. Anyways, boost is always the answer.

The ending of this video is exactly how I feel about my 2002 project. Only I’m not installing a turbo kit… just trying to make it move on its own power. 😂
