Courts should also be careful not to pass ridiculous judgements which leads to the public disrespecting them. Respect needs to be earned.

Our judges are rather delicate and sensitive; I was once told that putting my hand in the pocket of my own trousers is showing disrespect to the judge. I replied that in India judges are there to protect the rights of people who put their hands in other's pockets.

Proper attire in the Supreme Court and in general is crucial for showing respect, maintaining professionalism, ensuring equality, minimizing distractions, and adhering to cultural norms. It is better these judges have more prudence, which many a time not to be seen
People certainly don't expect the lawyers exceeding the limits and decorum, but judges act law unto themselves irrespective of the lawful arguments, and they have become positive drags for democracy

Advocates must respect judges and behave as per the guidelines. Otherwise stringent action must be initiated against such advocates.

What is proper attire. Human beings are free to wear dress, and if a person appear with out dress, he can be expunged. It is decency to wear proper dress and advocates must wear dress as by law expects.

Acha to court apna advocates k case pe busy hai wo bhi attire related and gareebo k paas paise nhi 100th hearing k liye. 👏🏻 Well done. Agar dhoti kurta hota to koi baat tha. Its too much with the ego of adapted judicial culture. 😡

Quite an amusing, different and educative video. Hats off.
Btw the word 'faux pas' is pronounced as 'fo pa' I think.
No offense meant. I wanted to point out because I quite like your clear voice and diction in general.

IT IS MUST THAT DECORUM OF DRESS IS NEEDED OTHERWISE PEOPLE WILL ATTEND IN ANDYS AND BARE BODIES. THIS SHOWS THAT THESE RIF RAFFS SHOULD BE PUT IN PRISON OTHERWISE THE DECENCY AND DECORUM WILL BE IN JEOPARDY.

    जिन वकीलों के खिलाफ आप शिकायत कर रहे हैं वह कहीं ना कहीं सरकार से या नहीं बीजेपी से ताल्लुक आते होंगे।
