सुना है के साहब ने पाकिस्तान की कंपनी से भी मोटा चंदा लिया है. इसका मतलब यह हुआ के सरकार को पाकिस्तान से पैसे की फंडिंग हुयी है. चंदा लेना भी एक तरह की फंडिंग ही है न. अब इसकी जांच भी होनी चाहिए न.
Perhaps you have enough to support private school - but then again it has to be inspected and certified by the State’s Dept of Education! Keep that mind!! Education is a matter of the state as is healthcare and many other public services.

Simple, madrasas are breeding grounds for hatered of non mullas and terrorism. High court was correct. Don't know what is wrong with supreme court judges.

Each time the Supreme Court strucks down the verdict of High Court, it shows the hapazard conduct of High Court proceedings. Common Citizen will not have the wherewithal to approach the Top Court as it is very costly. CJ must give instructions to SC's Registry to provide Adequate Free Legal Aid as well as fix a Moderate Fee structure to provide legal accessibility to poor people and for timely hearing on a priority basis by forrning "Special Courts"!!

What about this ELECTION COMMISSION & this ELECTION related Cases? Voters are deeply concerned and in fear about the credibility, unfairness and absence of Level Play and misuse of EVMs. Is such a long period with 7-stage Polling Schedule really necessary? BJP is dictating terms and threatening the Opposition with raids, arrest, etc., using the ED, CBI, IT, NIA and misusing Govt machinery & facilities for liberal Election Campaign which is against Model Code of Conduct. ECI appears a Dummy Body. Quick Action please....
What a mouthful? Wanting to live under Congress rule where abuses predominate - from rigged polling booths to election results, a Judiciary that’s corrupt to the core, Justice denied, minorities get more & more benefits at the expense of taxpayers and the majority? Then you need to either go to the country west of our border or east of our border! Where Muslim rule predominates and there are no citizen rights! Stop wingeing and look ahead to a changing dynamic growing India that’s the envy of the world ! Where performance matters not your religion, affiliation or caste matters. India is changing and you just can’t handle it? Then migrate where you are happy! Life is too short.

How can High court give such decision? Its against to Doctrine of propotionality and principal of natural justic. You cant strike down whole act for just few statues. Its like for theft you are giving death sentence which against to propotionality doctrine. A reality check needs to be done on the credibality of these judges. The regulation of all educational institutions is a responsibility of the government. It is in the nations interest to see that hate is not taught in educational institutions and having a religious body governing the education system . especially a religion that teaches hate and self proclaimed supremacy should not be allowed at any cost to taint the minds of young children. THE CJI may seem very learned and just but his ruling certainly stinks of bias and anti national rhetoric. It should be bought to the notice of the people of the country that if even one instance of hate is being taught and is caught , the CJI is requested to banish the educational institutions whose curriculum is not decided by the government not some private body.
Under the present dispensation the SC means Sharia Court. Perhaps these judges must be given honorary degrees in law from Taliban University.

And there was a lot of judgement when they claimed like this. But the Supreme court is totally democratic and makes his own judgement without the influence of the govtm
