Thank you for this helpful and instructive video. Another trick we often use, is to lightly warm the bearing tower with a heat gun at low heat to help with bearing removal and also installation. And yes,, bearings in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes before install.

Was the bearing removal kit helpful? You can’t grab behind the bearing so I don’t know if it’s worth buying

I will be buying another kit. The one I bought was not of quality (Soft metal) so I sent it back. Showed its weakness pulling blind bearings from engine case....
Still need to decide on what one I might buy next. Probably Harbor freight since it is near me and has good reviews, but 2x more than I originally spent
