I always enjoy your videos. Your openness and honesty in sharing is so comforting and you exude compassion and sincerity to truly help people. You are going to be (and already are) an amazing counselor. You will (and have and do) help so many people that others could not help. Thanks to your videos, I am 11 days free of smoking in any form after 24 years of smoking. As a full time working single mom of 6 year old! Who has tried to quit before becoming a mom, and after, with lots of time, money, and energy spent on hypnotherapy, energy healing, patches, lozenges, books! Nothing worked to push me to quitting and get here like your videos. You are a gift. How you've gotten to where you are from where you were and how you continue to follow your dream while sharing it all, is truly inspiring and uplifting, like all of your videos :) Thank you for your truth, wisdom, and insight!!!

I have stopped smoking cold turkey for 2 weeks now, I smoked about a 175-gram heavy shag per week. The need for to smoke has disappeared, but the urge to go and buy a pack of shag in the store remained in my mind for much of the day and became a fight not to buy a pack and the thought of buying was kept working on me. then I walked in the street, saw a few half-smoked cigarettes lying on the street, which I quickly put in my pocket. Coming home with shame and weak feeling myself, I made a new cigarette from the pieces of remaining tobacco and placed it in the cupboard drawer. The idea of smoking that filthy cigarette has not occurred to me, but the agonizing thought of having to buy tobacco probably as reason has nothing to smoke in the house, is strangely enough, completely disappeared now

Great video :) You can search for homes around each of the colleges and bookmark them. Once you know which college you'll go to, you will already have many houses saved and it won't feel so overwhelming. xo
