Andiamo is privately owned, with a handful of locations, here around metro Detroit. It's great. Fun fact...one of the locations is the last known sighting of Jimmy Hoffa back in the day. (Same building, different restaurant then.)
I had your waiter as my bartender when I dined and drank at the bar at Andiamo during Super Bowl weekend. Really cool guy. I'll have to ask for him by name next time.

I think I would agree that it's my top 3 in Vegas as well! Soooo good AND I had the same waiter when we were there. Have you tried Vic & Anthony's at the Golden Nugget? I think you'd love that place too. And the Golden Steer off strip is yummy too although not as noisy and lively. I cannot wait to go out to a restaurant, i miss it so much!! Thanks for posting!

Fantastic! A diner wishing to go out and splurge on a steak could easily be joined by someone who wants to have dinner without putting a big dent in their Vegas budget, since Pasta entrees were all reasonably priced. So much from which to choose!!

What would your Andiamo meal have cost in CAN$? Around $500? For the price you paid I was disappointed that you weren't impressed with the potatoes, and hey, a lobster tail is a lobster tail. Paul Prinz I deeply offended a chef once when I shamelessly asked for sauce with a filet mignon. Actually he was more disgusted than offended, but I am a big sauce fan! I think it’s perfectly fine with a filet, regardless!

Does soups represent appetizers? &the name bisque means pureed soup. There should not be any lobster chunks in it. Maybe croutons&little herb garnishes.
Just a recommendation in filming!...please pan the camera down a bit while you’re eating, like to see the plate of food , Rather than just a face shot then quickly see food disappear into mouth...your bud Derek Thomas films it well, watch some of his videos to learn...👍🏻

You selected the restaurant that we make a point to visit each time we go to Vegas. Lobster bisque, Petite filet and a bottle of overpriced wine. Wife and I drop $250 there and then I proceed to drop $250+ at the crap tables!
All my Maple trees were infested with that emerald ash borer that you mentioned in your bulletin. I sprayed my trees with herbicide just like you said and it killed over 110 of my trees. Now what I'm I to do I have no maple trees. Bad advice.
Why did they have the parmesan cheese just sitting wrapped in a napkin on the tray. Yuk, I was a waitress for years and the trays only get wiped down as they are too large for the dishwasher. I could Matthew how disappointed you were with the portions. This is usual for multi course meals.

I know he has a wide angle lenses looks good for food videos. I do a mix of other videos and that camera doesn’t work well for other stuff.
