Such a great video! Would definitely appreciate more of these in depth tutorials :) and you’re quite the beast moving your bodyweight so effortlessly!! What if we got a video about how you got so im shape for movement? That tucked planche hold like it was nothing was super impressive 🤯
Body weight exercises! It strengthens your joints and flexors in a way that makes you much more stable than lifting weights, which focuses on a much smaller muscle group.
@@tonyflamingosucks6590This! Kinda. Parkour essentially acts as a body weight exercise so if you are in ok shape to start with (and obviously so it safely) parkour alone can improve your shape to this degree.
@@Bit-0 for sure! But if you’re looking to take your physical fitness, flexibility and stabilization to the next level, calisthenics are the best choice
The easiest and safest way to learn handstand is underwater. Start at a water depth about neck height. Gradually move to shallower water. Once your at a water depth that comes to your chest whilst in a handstand, it's probably just as hard as a handstand on land. The benefit of learning underwater is that you can learn what movements cause what quicker. E.g where your facing with your head, where your looking at etc. Because everything is in slow motion because of the water. And naturally you can't fall and hurt yourself unless your in shallow water. It's really good for learning the balance point and how to rectify it if you start to wobble, because you get extra time in the water to save it.
Just rode out Hurricane Milton with my mother, grandparents, younger brother and his girlfriend. I sent this video to the group chat saying: “I found entertainment for us while we are out of power EVERYONE THROW ON YOUR SKETCHERS AND I'LL MEET YOU IN THE BACK YARD READY TO GO IN 10!!!” I’ve been standing out here alone in the rain for 20 minutes now.
To teach backflip find someone who can save you if something happens and do this on trampoline and do it so you fall on something very soft so if you fall you dont hurt yourself this is the way i become able to do backflip
lol the cartwheel one I just learned how to do a cartwheel in 3 steps lol 1.side ways cartwheel 2.cartwheel on to ur knees 3.keep trying the knee step then once you get good at that one then you try to do a full cartwheel
@@bob_reese Hey im a big fan of your videos especially how many can hold your weight and I was wondering if you could a videos of how many real human hair can hold your weight... Or fake hair
When I was young and healthy and strong I could do hand stands and walk on my hands and stuff. But parkour was unheard of back then. We never even thought of doing that sort of stuff. Now that I know about it I’m too old and crippled to even think about it. 😂
12:34 #7 shoulder roll he says the only way he has seen someone get hurt is the side of there head but if you do it to low and don't get properly over your shoulder (like I did on a big jump) you can very easily break your collarbone and six months later I still feel the pain so get out there and give it a go
done that so many times while trying to run up a wall... looking straight up and body slamming the wall lol. Great video btw its very easy to understand and you explain how to do everything safely unlike most people ive seen :D
hey Bob, my name is Austin, I am 15-year-old from Michigan. so, I love doing parkour I can do double front and double back and have done triple front full and a bunch of cool crazy things on a trampoline, since I don't really have a gym. but I wanted to ask if you could give me a bunch of ideas of tricks to learn on ground and on a trampoline. thanks
