Very inspiring!!! Because of you I started couponing. With this last Sunday's paper I bought 3 papers and I went to cvs and got 101 bucks worth of shampoo and deodorant. I brought it down to 68 with coupons, but I got 27.50 back in cvs bucks. Making it 41ish bucks and then with ibota including the free 20 bucks it deducted another 25.50. So I payed 16.50 for 101 bucks worth of stuff. Not too bad for my first time. I will continue to get coupons and grow my collection! Thank you!!! I look forward to all your videos!!! :)

It's probably a good idea for people who are starting out like me to also make a list and put in in the front of the book of what items you have coupons for so when your shopping you can just refer to the list instead of searching through all the coupons at that time...Just an idea

Ever since I've been watching your videos I did my first couponing at Walgreens and got $20 worth of stuff for $2 and some change! Thank You so much! I personally use envelopes. I have OCD so putting coupons folded and inserting them sideways in plastic sleeves bother me, but that my preference. Again Thank You so much!

When I couponed I would send my expired coupons overseas. I learned that people that are overseas in the military can use expired coupons

How do you know whether you can stack more than one coupon?
Do you ever print coupons online from Smart Source or Coupons.com? I tried it out yesterday and had an issue. Both coupons looked very clear, but only one would scan. Cashier was very nice and keyed the other, but it made me wary of doing it again. Thoughts?
I am just starting my collection, but every time I get a few coupons they are already expired, I do not know where else to get them

I'm definitely going to give this a shot. I've gotten discouraged before because I've clipped coupons and then nowhere has that item on sale before the coupon expires. But maybe I just wasn't organized enough. So after this do you go through the sales flyers and try to see if you have coupons for items that are on sale?
Yep that's exactly what I do. Then I open my rebate apps on my phone and compare offers on there as well :)

I just finished clipping coupons! I spent a crazy amount of time sifting through weekly ads and doing a crazy amount of math and triple checking. Now I'm worried that if I didnt calculate correctly I'll end up screwing myself! How do you make sure your coupons/deals are correct as a newbie?! (Also, love love you and your content 💙)

Do you have to have multiple of the exact same coupon or can you use different coupons for the same brand

Can someone help me with what categories to help me navigate through coupons? I got Food (pantry, frozen, and snacks). But what other categories and subcategories should I have? I am barely starting out with couponing, and I want to be organized like Katie to make it a little easier. 😄

Most of the time, yes. Not always (especially on harder to coupon items like fresh produce)

It’s all dependent on what you prefer. I do catergories such as frozen food, pets, hair care, health, pantry foods, etc. 🥰

where does she get her coupons from?
She gets them from the mail, relatives and friends, buys them, gets them in public places such as library or train/bus station or stores like dollar tree, and from the weekly newspaper

I just started couponing and read on another TH-cam post you can send your expired coupons to troops instead of throwing away.
Yes! If you Google it you can find an address to send them to and they will send them out to people. Putting them in categories and sending them off helps
