Nicki came in and totally revolutionarised female rap and forced men to respect women's pen by refusing to have a man write her lyrics...she even was a threat to male rap and went toe to toe with the best of them and annihilated them in almost every feature. She ended a lot of stereotypes about female rap and created a huge fanbase for herself so she don't need male audience stamp that includes a huge part of the LGBTQI community...she literally united all communities including the ones that have been rejected for year in the hip hop culture. The attempt to minimize her impact by making it seem weird to have the LGBTQI supporters is insane and oozes homophobia. All communities should be included in hip hop culture because they also contributed to its growth and a reason why it is global today.
