Good to see all this awesome equipment in action. Glad you figured out the belt issue. I’ve heard a few people say the same, but it’s never bothered me.
Getting it in! 💪 I love your seated leg curl machine 😍 As far as the Rhino belt goes, I find if I connect to the very top rings, it doesn't bother me. I just have to keep the belt from riding up as I get in position. Now, when I do a belt squat at my work gym, I have to stack plates on a loading pin, but I still use the Rhino belt. With that setup, I have to connect to the bottom rings, and it destroys my inner thighs 😆
Yeah the seated leg curl/Ext is definitely one of my favorites. The belt squat was really annoying me, I researched other belts and was almost ready to pull the trigger but figured I’d dick w it again tonight. Happy I did cause it finally felt decent. That work setup sounds brutal though!
Yeah I almost bought a new one, spent hours looking at them and figured I’d take one more shot to figure it out. I’m still working on the leg gains… maybe they will show up 😂
Great workout man! I kinda suspected the rhino belt issue was you being positioned forward enough for that to occur. Glad you figured it out. Great session!
Hey Man, The deadlift blows for me too. If I had to list my style of lifting, I'd say I'm a powerlifter but I don't do deadlifts at all. Can U be a powerlifter if U never deadlift? I don't think so Maybe I'm a powerlifter with very little power haha, that could be a style, haha
Maybe, I never really deadlifted so my form still needs some work and it shows. Hopefully once I get the form down and get the reps in, it will translate into getting stronger on that lift but for now it’s weak 😂
@@GoreckiFit Your deadlift is better than mine. Some say it is the ultimate determination of ones overall strength and others say it's the most dangerous movement to do for your back. All I ever felt doing them was a whole lot of compression on my spine so I'm just not a fan of them. If U are going heavy with them be careful, especially if U use the alternating grip, (one hand supinated and one hand pronated), I've heard of a lot of people tearing their bicep tendon doing that. Take Care
@@bobbyhunt3009 yeah I started doing them this year just for fun. I don’t think I’m gonna see much if any growth from them, but figured I’ll work on form and see how it goes. I only use double supinated for deadlifts, I tried the other grip variation and everything felt off and I’ve heard of the bicep tears so figured I’ll stay away from that other variation.
@@GoreckiFit Yeah, I agree, I don't think deads put size on anybody, they just make your posterior chain stronger but plenty of other exercises to do that. Best to go both hands Pronated (palms facing down). Be careful, have fun with them
Yeah they only train it in the shortened position. I add weighted step ups throughout the programs too. I also will do hip extensions using the 45 hyper extension w weight.

Yeah I’m happy to figure that one out too. I was gonna ask you and Carter but I guess it was just positioning.
Crushing leg day baby!
Trying to!!

Glad you figured it out. Super frustrating when equipment wants to be a pain in the BUTT!! Good work on the leg gains bro!!

Nice shoes. 🐾
Great shoes for lifting!! Can’t run in them cause they have no cushion at all 😂

Thanks man!! I’m happy to have figured that one out too… it was really bugging me.
Glad you may have fixed the belt issue
Thank you, me too!!
what's the brand of leg press you use?
TKO

Glute bridge barely works glutes, try weighted step ups or get a multi-hip machine.
