Drone in 4k at Abo, New Mexico with attempted live sound April 2023. This was my first attempt at dubbing in the live sound with drone footage. Now, I shot audio with my video camera, but the video camera was probably about 200-300 feet away from the drone/train. I would appreciate your comments on this and I hope to try another one tomorrow if I can. This is a work in progress, so that is why I ask for your feedback.

@Atsf1976 all you have to do is have a recorder. Just record the audio of the train while you filming with the drone. When you edit the video insert the audio with the footage of the train

Wow, great to see some footage from a rarely-seen area. I think the audio matched up pretty well, all things considering. Good job - hope to see some more video from this area. I always keep my eyes open for your releases!

Thanks Curt. The live audio thing is a tough one to nail. I am going to try and post another one here shortly. I will have videos to post from fort sumner, nm to Winslow,az soon as that is where I am at now.

I think for your first attempt it was really very good. Some road noise in the background but you are not always going to get that at other places. To combine the drone and sound is going to work for you in my opinion so well done. US trip details close.

Thanks Richard. As you know, it's a constantly changing through process. I haven't shot much drone stuff on this trip, which sucks, but it's gotten better since the first two days. La Posada is tomorrow.
