    A little tip to get the head back on easy- remove the 2 13mm motor mount bolts and roll the motor forward

    I don't think the timing lock bolt actually locks the motor any longer: they used to have a pointy end, now they call for a special tool. Any sharpened bolt that fits should do it, but the included timing bolt isn't long enough I think (on mine anyhow). It is flat at the end and just brushes the crank rather than locking into the slot.

      @@tyeealpha it actually locks the crank on top dead center on the newer KTM’s, you are correct they do not come with it. I took it off of my 21 Husqvarna that have the longer bolt you just removethe washer. It just makes it much easier when you’re doing the top end with the motor in the chassis.

    You must remind people to take the timing bolt back out and reinstall the washer at the end of this video.
